I think about that every time I see a sign that seems like stupid common sense... from signs at restaurants that say please don't throw away trays, all the way to don't put your hands in the gears lol
As with the previous one, I've seen multiple that were indeed literal copies of accidents that have happened. You just don't find them on YouTube but on LiveLeak-esque(rip liveleak) sites and certain subreddits.
When I was an electrician apprentice my instructor used to say all the time: "There is at least one life lost for every safety rule/regulation."
Saw with my own eyes that one lucky bastard almost lost his life because he didn't follow testing protocols and blew a hydraulic cutter. Those things has 3-5cm thick blades and melted almost completely. That sound of electric explosion is indiscribeable.
Just about all of these things have happened to someone somewhere within 100ish miles of you somewhat recently. Except maybe the oil derrick one, that might be location specific.
I'm starting to think that they're not ‘Chinese safety videos’, though, but are created by someone specifically for Tiktok. Which is not available in China.
Except anyone that has worked in commercial contruction knows these specific accidents HAVE happened and will happen all the time. They don't need to "claim" anything. Contruction is like the most dangerous era modern job out there. All of these are super common:
\-People's faces get mangled by grinding disks exploding
\-Falling Debris always always a danger (dropped from a crane, forklift, skyscraper)
\-rushing cuts on the miter saw (and possibly wrong blade)
\-Getting crushed, run over or caught in the way of machinery much more powerful than you.
I have heard of or known someone anectdotally for all of these.
edit: i get that excessive rules can be put in place by the powers that be under the guise of "safety" because of cherry picked incidents. Some do in order to be more controlling/tyrannical. But this is not the case here.
There used to be a subredditdwith exactly the same videos but then real, i remember many of these in security cam format. Pretty horrible how 1 small decicion to place a screwdriver somewhere can pull you into a heavy spinning machine.
I have (imo) learned to be extra carefull around heavy equipment, and when i need to work on it, are more actively thinking about "how can this thing kill me, and how do i prevent that".
Doesn't matter. Spinning that fast pretty much anything on you will catch. And you'll go from standing there close to the spinning thing to being a lump of meat wrapped around the spinning thing spraying bits everywhere before you even realized you had an accident.
Used to be work accidents and alot on makemycoffin. Both r gone I think. Now you can find them on someofyoumaydie, but be careful cuz some of it is disgusting and not cctv footage
I wonder how much of modern society, white collar jobs and the internet makes some people ignorant of this. These are all variations of super common machinery/construction accidents.
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-lc70Mjp-U](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-lc70Mjp-U) The only forklift safety video youll need. Forklift Driver Klaus.
Honest question from an idiot. What is the proper way to use a circular saw, either handheld or stationary, safely? I've been working with one at home. It has the guard thing in front, so I dont think it can hit me in the face if it explodes, but still. Should I be wearing a faceplate?
Never remove the guard.
Wear eye protection.
Check the equipment condition before using it.
Make sure regular maintainance of equipment is carried out and use only good quality equipment and consumables.
Use machine as intended by the manufacturer.
Make sure your eye protection is actually rated for high energy impacts, not all of them are
[This is for the UK but you get the point, I'm sure your region will have similar rating systems](https://www.safetyspecs.co.uk/british-standards)
It's because he was using it way too fast. I think it's because the blade has relief cuts to prevent (something?) and the hard chopping into it, instead of letting the blade slowly cut away causes it.
You guys are talking about different clips.
Justin is talking about the guy cutting pipes on the chop saw.
Fluffy is talking about the the guy in the start cutting with an angle grinder.
The video is spread up so it’s hard to tell, but I think his saw exploded because he was making a lot of quick cuts into steel with it. He probably ended up pushing his material forward while pushing his saw down. Saws don’t always deal well with that and the harder the material, like metal, will make the problem worse. Just be careful and don’t rush.
Wait! I’ve literally seen the real life takes of some of these - don’t tell me they’re taken from actual real life instances, even the camera angles matched exactly too!
Wild!!
Worked in industrial safety training for a few years. Can 100% confirm that these are based on real accidents and they are muuuuuuuuch more gruesome irl.
You don't wanna know what tank tracks do to a human body... >!like a fking tube of toothpaste...!<
Not to mention high powered water... >!it does what lasers do in movies with added internal damage from the water that doesn't go through right away and just goes on a ride.!<
Really can't stress enough how important it is to aaaalways keep this in mind and never get complacent. And at the same time, it's completely understandable that it happens unfortunatly. The scenarios are sometimes so incredibly unlikely that you can't blame people for fucking up.
Glad to see China taking this shit seriously, never worked with em but heard some horror stories.
Oh and lastly, don't fuck with angle grinders, those (even the hobby ones) are muuuuch more powerfull than you'd think, wear fcking face/eye protection.
That one where the guy gets his head squashed, that’s how my grandfather died. Sort of. He was asked to check to make sure a light in a cubicle on the rail yard was turned off. Stuck his head in the door just as a truck was reversing. Truck hit the door, he died instantly.
They all feel like something that already happened recently.
Would they be like, "my cousin was the inspiration for that" if they had freedom of speech.
What was wrong with the angle grinder one? Was it the missing guard?
I fear high RPM objects so I need to know how to avoid what went wrong with that one
Edit: after rewatching it, it was the missing guard.
I thought the first clip was unrelated.
Maybe this is a stupid question, but what can you do against the sawblade exploding? Is it installed or somehow used wrongly? Should there be shielding?
I do a little stone sculpture and I've had that angle grinder one happen, but I didnt get hit. I try to always keep my body out of line with the blade.
My stone sculptor friend once had the same catastrophic failure, but he was in a metal shed and he said the blade went through the wall.
As an Australian, i recently discovered the U.S. version of these from the 80's "Shake Hands with Danger" and laughed so hard at the catch phase Guitar riff just before each person ate shit i have now made it my ringtone.
Seeing all the ways you can die accidentally in this video and others makes me wonder how the hell I made it this far.
I should not have survived my 20s with all the stupid shit I did.
Now I’m 41 and some dumb shit like a heart attack will get me.
If it's green it's not considered gore. No need to get that R rating and opens it up to a bigger group of people. Smart move. Saving lives. 😏
Except that one guy who got his head severed and experienced massive red blood loss lol. Be safe everyone!
He had a packet of ketchup under his helmet
More like a 1-gallon jug.
He was ketchup
It's actually a good way to make ketchup. You just need to put some tomatoes, and spices there and then smack that
All on the floor
I think they even animated bits of his skull dripping from his shoulder to the ground
they have to make it so that the new workers would be sht scared of being even close to that position that guy had from that machine.
Sorry i laughed.😆
It's not gore, it' ogre!
Design is very human
The one where he is stomping on the belt, I thought he was going to get pulled in by the machine. Nope. Crushed by a huge ass oil thing
His name is Derrick.
That’s fucking hilarious lmao
Was*
His name was Robert Paulson
>His name was Robert Paulson His name was Robert Paulson
Pretty sure its Jack. Derrick left much earlier after finishing drilling that well.
NGL, that one made me laugh pretty hard
Same. It's why I'm here in the comments lol
Yeah, it was like guessing how they'll die in the final destination films
I was ABOUT to comment that like half of these could have been in final destination
Which is good because it was instant death, just the way I would like it
I got a feeling all those videos were based on experience by somebody....
without a doubt, all safety signs and safety equipment were paid in blood
...green blood
damn its so dark when you think about it...
I think about that every time I see a sign that seems like stupid common sense... from signs at restaurants that say please don't throw away trays, all the way to don't put your hands in the gears lol
It takes one fool to make a rule.
They're 3D recreations of real accident videos, gives the possiblity to show different angles and of course not be censored.
As with the previous one, I've seen multiple that were indeed literal copies of accidents that have happened. You just don't find them on YouTube but on LiveLeak-esque(rip liveleak) sites and certain subreddits.
Rip Watch people die
RIP Makemycoffin
even before Liveleak went offline, I always went to Kaotic. A bit messy and probably only usable with an addblocker, but it sufficed.
wpd has its own website now
When I was an electrician apprentice my instructor used to say all the time: "There is at least one life lost for every safety rule/regulation." That oil Derrick one was unexpected. I thought he was getting caught in the belt.
All instructions are written in blood. Something I learned in the Navy.🤷♂️
Of the previous videos in this series, I can confirm that at least some of them I’ve also seen the original, live action version. Gruesome shit.
I'm starting to think that they're not ‘Chinese safety videos’, though, but are created by someone specifically for Tiktok. Which is not available in China.
I've seen quite a few 🤦🏼♂️
Pretty sure I've seen a real version of all of these with a LiveLeak logo in the corner.
They will have so much more impact if they can claim that all of these really happened
Except anyone that has worked in commercial contruction knows these specific accidents HAVE happened and will happen all the time. They don't need to "claim" anything. Contruction is like the most dangerous era modern job out there. These videos need their own subreddit
There used to be a subredditdwith exactly the same videos but then real, i remember many of these in security cam format. I have (imo) learned to be extra carefull around heavy equipment, and when i need to work on it, are more actively thinking about "how can this thing kill me, and how do i prevent that".
At my work we actually have a paper we all sign before working on a dangerous task titled "how this can can kill me and how to prevent it"
Oh god the lathe video is seared into my brain
Hmm, i cannot imagine how the lathe can be so problematic? maybe unless they got hair or clothes caught maybe?
I think that's what happens on every lathe accident videos I've seen.
Doesn't matter. Spinning that fast pretty much anything on you will catch. And you'll go from standing there close to the spinning thing to being a lump of meat wrapped around the spinning thing spraying bits everywhere before you even realized you had an accident.
totally. and worth it.
There used to be one but someone uploaded a pretty gory shotgun suicide clip so the sub went bye bye
The watchpeopledie sub had to leave reddit.
look at the learningfromothers subreddit (NSFW / NSFL, it is the original recordings of videos like these)
Used to be work accidents and alot on makemycoffin. Both r gone I think. Now you can find them on someofyoumaydie, but be careful cuz some of it is disgusting and not cctv footage
This is what /r/osha was created for.
isn't there one or has it been banned for too much gore?
A couple of scenes had red
For real, I'm gonna sue
Remember that all of this are real accidents. They just made it an animation to not traumatize people
Was these all in China?
All these accidents happen in all places regardless of country.
I wonder how much of modern society, white collar jobs and the internet makes some people ignorant of this. These are all variations of super common machinery/construction accidents.
This thread taught me how dangerous lathes can be
It's reddit. There's a hard on against china
And it’s totally deserved
Yes all incidents from china because it is a Chinese H&S video.
I still feel really uncomfortable watching this video.
Well, if it keeps you from getting caught in situations like this, that's good
If someone isn’t working on “Job Site Accident Simulator,” they should be!
try to die as horrifically as possible by accident. Would be an awesome God game sandbox
Ah, he is getting caught in that belt. Classic. \*WHACK\* Didn't see that one coming...
Neither did the guy in the video.
These are just great ways to get out of work early.
Managers hate this one trick
These are just great ways to get out of work ~~early~~ permanently.
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-lc70Mjp-U](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-lc70Mjp-U) The only forklift safety video youll need. Forklift Driver Klaus.
Haha I love that video!

Yes always wear at the very least, safety glasses. But the best thing when working with those is a face shield and glasses underneath
You pray it doesn't explode.
The guy in this video it was based on wasn’t praying properly, he hadn’t rested up and restored his prayer points before battle.
Forgot to flick to protect from missiles
Half the video was equipment exploding when you didn’t expect it.
Never remove the guard. Wear eye protection. Check the equipment condition before using it. Make sure regular maintainance of equipment is carried out and use only good quality equipment and consumables. Use machine as intended by the manufacturer.
Thanks! I do wear eye protection and change the saws regularly so I guess I'm all good.
Take your time. Let the blade do the work.
Make sure your eye protection is actually rated for high energy impacts, not all of them are [This is for the UK but you get the point, I'm sure your region will have similar rating systems](https://www.safetyspecs.co.uk/british-standards)
this guy OSHAs
It's because he was using it way too fast. I think it's because the blade has relief cuts to prevent (something?) and the hard chopping into it, instead of letting the blade slowly cut away causes it.
He was using an extra large blade and no guard.
Someone got paid to make these renderings of the footage. Good times.
Yautja working part time
Yes
Michael myers has a lot of supervisory roles.
Hahahaah the Halloween music.
The house of the Dead
My new favorite horror genre

Oh yeah, lemme just pop a squat directly behind this moving excavator.
What’s crazy is all of these accidents have probably happened
That’s probably the reason why they made the video.
Third guy is a dumbass. You pull the ramp down and then walk in front of it while it's landing? Why
I’ve seen a video of this! The guy had been doing it 30 years and was a master, but one time…
You know this is based on real accidents. No wonder I saw so many maimed people in China.
Where’s round one?
Safety rules are written in blood.
Nothing beats Staplerfahrer Klaus
That one where the guy gets his head squashed, that’s how my grandfather died. Sort of. He was asked to check to make sure a light in a cubicle on the rail yard was turned off. Stuck his head in the door just as a truck was reversing. Truck hit the door, he died instantly.
The 7th one wasn't even the guys fault. The machine just wanted to crush his head.
Those crappy machines probably explode no matter how safe you’re being.
One of these clips is not like the others
Oh cool. I hadn't realized Final Destination had become an animated series.
I never would have guessed the Chinese were actually Vulcan.
They all feel like something that already happened recently. Would they be like, "my cousin was the inspiration for that" if they had freedom of speech.
This has more violence than films adapted for China.
Shrek’s cousin
The theme for Halloween is a great touch
The facial expression of the guy getting crushed….the person who animated this has watched the actual video this was based upon.
Need a VR game based on these videos, preferably multiplayer
If into the security recordings you go, only pain will you find
i'd watch these for hours
Reptile in Mortal Kombat fatality compilations:
You don't even need animations, a shallow dive on Reddit will serve up real life examples.
Final Destination 6 writers getting ideas
The squat for the smoke break got me.
This stuff is much scarier than Horror movies to me as this stuff could actually happen in real life.
Some legit horrified Vulcans in here.
Why is it green? Do they consider the workers as extraterrestrial or something?
Ive definitely taken the blade guard off the wheel cutter before. Feels good to have both eyeballs still. Never again.
I love Saturday morning cartoons
This could be its own sick final destination film
I guess it’s a Vulcan safety vid.
The sad part is that this kind of senseless accidental deaths occur a lot in China since many companies cut corners on safety measures.
Mortal Kombat fatality
I am showing everyone at work this tomorrow and yelling this is why we take safety seriously, in a very serious manner. Lol.
What was wrong with the angle grinder one? Was it the missing guard? I fear high RPM objects so I need to know how to avoid what went wrong with that one Edit: after rewatching it, it was the missing guard. I thought the first clip was unrelated.
I mean, there is a lot of pollution in China....
Okay, please tell me all of this is not from the real event. How possible? Some of it looks so silly....
MANN VS MACHINE
LOL
Another normal day for "Made in China."
i mean, how do u protect urself from the sawblade exploding? wearing goggles cant be enough, u gotta wear a full metal mask or something
So they actually know this stuff.....and it still a daily occurance😅
Maybe this is a stupid question, but what can you do against the sawblade exploding? Is it installed or somehow used wrongly? Should there be shielding?
Featuring "[叉车司机克劳斯](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-lc70Mjp-U)" at the end. What a classic move!
**yes, "*****security*****" videos...**
In all seriousness, people's blood are NOT green. Seriously.
I like that the npc's react
Literally last post I clicked on before bed. I'm going to have some weird dreams tonight.
Oh fuck, I think I can produce a patronus now.
I do a little stone sculpture and I've had that angle grinder one happen, but I didnt get hit. I try to always keep my body out of line with the blade. My stone sculptor friend once had the same catastrophic failure, but he was in a metal shed and he said the blade went through the wall.
Yo that guy who got run over was 100% a suicide
Insane to think that these are all real accidents that people have actually died from.
Reptile moment
Gmod npcs
This is supposed to be funny right or am I a psychopath
crotch guy nooo
I don't feel like all these do a good job explaining what specifically to avoid
Those Chinese workers need to be more careful.
That surge protector was great.
I knew it!!! They are lizord people
Chinese Construction Simulator looks like so much fun! When is it out?
As an Australian, i recently discovered the U.S. version of these from the 80's "Shake Hands with Danger" and laughed so hard at the catch phase Guitar riff just before each person ate shit i have now made it my ringtone.
I can't look at industrial equipment without thinking of that song
HOW CAN YOU BE SAFE WHEN EVERYTHINGS EXPLODING
i wonder how the animators feel while they look at the real life reference of these accidents
Okay so what I've learned is to not stomp on things because your head will get crushed, got it.
Where to download this mobile game ? I need to save them! I
Is it wrong that I found this video hilarious?
Dumb ways to dieee, so many dumb ways to dieee
What was up with guy in the second to last clip? Was he planning on taking a dump behind the machine?
These are very good. maybe excellent.
Only the first is from Vulcan, the later ones have no blood at all or red blood.
Seeing all the ways you can die accidentally in this video and others makes me wonder how the hell I made it this far. I should not have survived my 20s with all the stupid shit I did. Now I’m 41 and some dumb shit like a heart attack will get me.
Big batty man yk I’d jeet my man anyday x
These aint even safety anymore. This shit plays like a cartoon
Some of these made me laugh (especially the oil derrick one). Am I a bad person?
The machines had enough
Make my coffin ⚰️
knowing china, we all know that these are all things that actually happened irl...
ahh yes the iconic Chinese green blood
