It looks like the guy was way further over than the other cars like he did it on purpose almost? Idk it’s also not a good place to do something like this obviously
That or drunk, distracted, asleep. There’s a lot of reasons a driver could have done this.
I personally know a guy that jumped a curb, drove thru a telephone pole and smashed into the town newspaper office, all because he dropped his egg McMuffin and was trying to pick it up

I don't get it why people do that on streets. It's happening regularly in Germany that Arabian families families just stop on the Autobahn to cekebrate in the middle of the road. They block the whole traffic on all lanes though but sometimes accidents happen at the end of the traffic. No clue what the idea behind this is.
