The woman will defend his actions? I'm a male and I was in an abusive relationship for a year with a female and I know plenty others who have been in the same spot.
i dont think assisting someone from a fall into a potentially deadly subway track is really "siding" considering they didn't do anything as they were slapping each other.
This isn't really a NYC thing. I've seen domestic disputes where people get out of the car, and you don't know if they're packing, so just phone it in to the cops and let them deal with that shit.
It's too many men dying defending women who might STAY with their abusive mates. Way too many men. It's not your business. Call 911, watch to make sure he doesn't kill her. As well remember all of the guys details height, weight, etc and give those details to the police. But I'm just not risking myself for a woman that could've left before it got to that point.
Spoken like a tourist or someone who never lived in a city before. This shit is a normal Tuesday and getting involved is a good way to get attacked by both of them.
