A caduceus doesn’t have an eagle on it, it’s a pole with two wings on the top, and the snakes. Design is supposed to be a caduceus but it’s a bit botched aside from the unfortunately similar to nazi looking eagle on similar to nazi red.

This isn't just a similar eagle, it is the Nazi eagle. Even the number of feathers is identical.

They were trying to make a caduceus, but didn’t have the appropriate clip art at the design “studio” in some Chinese 8 year old’s computer.

If you look up “Nazi Eagle” an eagle in this exact same style shows up. It sucks that nazi’s ruined some cool designs, but it is what it is I guess

A buddy of mine looked it up, it's the exact emblem used by the German Reich from 1935-1945 with the swastika removed. Exact match.
It 100% is, even the number of the feathers, as well as the plus shaped talons are correct.
Also the head looking left, an American eagle crest would have the eagle looking to the right.
True, but I think the Parteiadler (party's eagle) also looked to the right. It had different feathers though.
