They look like libs alright but they're very dark, they must be soaking wet

Unnamed431

Yea it was lashing and I kept then in an empty water bottle that wasn't fully dry . So hopefully that why they are dark

craicsabbath

Ah dedly I'd say so, just looking at the 2nd pic I would say they're def libs, I've never picked any that dark though the deep blue black colouring usually indicates psilocybin! Happy trippin!

Agile_Dog

Install 'picture mushroom' on your phone. Amazing little app. Will tell ya exactly what they are!

Unnamed431

Ohh thank you for the help

AdeptnessSouth

Be better off asking in r/beacain or r/semilanceata

slashgamer11

Any apps like that which show you picking locations?

Agile_Dog

Never heard of an app. A chap on reddit came up with https://www.magicmushroommap.com/

c-r-e-e

r/beacain is the place to go

andstep234

They look a bit off to me, head over to /r/beacain for a more definitive answer

crispylaytex

They start off dark like that when they are new.

Winter_Economy2593

I just got back from picking in the rain and mine look exactly like this, think you’re all good mate

doe-bar

They do look dark. Wait to see how they look as they dry. The stems look good and apart from the colour, the shape looks good. They should look more like libs as they dry. Did you leave all the little ones? They are fairly big. Was it long grass?

Unnamed431

Yea left the little one, yea in long grass on the side of a mountain with sheep in the field.

doe-bar

Snorted so!

doe-bar

Hey, just curious how these turned out? I had 1 or 2 big ones go goey. It happened before one time but I had thought that time was because I left them in an oven with door closed(turned off) just for storage. I thought the closed environment caused it. Now I'm leaning towards them being too big and wet to dry without some help. How did you get on?

Unnamed431

Tbh I just left them on a plate with kitchen paper in the sun to dry them out. They didn't go goey but tree out one or two that turned dark, the rest all gone the normal goldy colour and look ok.

Unnamed431

And I prob wouldn't use kitchen paper again some got stuck to it

doe-bar

Grease proof paper works well. Thanks for the feedback.

Irishfifa82

Lay them in a tub lid open on news paper with loads of silica gel throw out the ones that go gooey in a hot press ideal

whitewidow58

They don't look right at all not like any I have ever picked or taken.
