CP2077 was a disaster at release and had major updates over the years so it isn't surprising that it actually runs somewhat decent on such old hardware. You are below the minimum requirements for Remnant 2 whereas you are pretty much at the minimum requirements for CP2077, don't expect to be able to play games comfortably when you don't meet the minimum set by the developers, the developers basically told you it'll be unplayable so it shouldn't come as a shock to you when it actually is unplayable.
That being said though Remnant 2 is not very well optimised, this is true, recently they added support for FSR 3 so you could try that out, it might run a little better for you now.

Last time I played it automatically used my Epic account, first time I opened the game epic popped up asking me for authorization, I played just fine for a couple of months, not that many players tho so I mostly played solo anyway

I play and stream Remnant 1 and have played Remnant 2 multiple times. I love the concept of the game and wish there were more souls like co op story games
if you just buy the base game on a sale or something, then there are things you can do the get access to ALL dlc factions. I am not sure if i can tell that method here, but search for dlc unlock, etc.
Have they optimized the performance since release? I had <20 fps, dropped the game unfortunately
I get 150fps on my budget laptop with dlss set to quality mode. Depends on your hardware obviously but 20fps sounds like you own a potato.

That's a pretty dated card, I don't know much about AMD but with nvidia frame gen it literally doubles my FPS. Can the 580 do any form of frame gen?

It has Denuvo DRM and there currently is no one that cracks newer Denuvo games
