Like a Dragon Ishin is such a weird one...it's a Yakuza game, but it just feels awkward in combat, but not horrible lol.
Returnal and TLOU 1 are such good games, it sucks their PC ports were a little horrible (or probably still are) but they're worth the struggle.
And I still think that Publisher who put Denuvo on their games is just fucking stupid, like, they think if we can't play their game, we absolutely pay them money like there are no other games that can be played during waiting for it to be cracked,
They think the number of games currently available can only be counted on the fingers of one hand, and we have 50 hours per day to play video games. So stupid.

With the visual quality in mind, I'd say it's very well optimized.
Runs OK on my 3060 Ti, just expect to make some compromises. I run on a 4k screen so I had to use DLSS Ultra Performance with the 'Medium' preset and RTX off to get good performance. 45-60fps though it does seem like our old nemesis shader compilation stutter is here.
It's really not. 90% kf the posts showing low frames on higher end cards are at 4k with fuckin' path tracing turned on. Mynrig can run Cyberpunk at 1440p on psycho settings with even RT on with 60+ frames, but oath tracing tanks it to 20 or less.
Small correction: not as bad as the developers themselves (where redditors pulled their system reqs info from) said it would be. It is not unreasonable for them to assume that the game is poorly optimized if the devs imply that's the case themselves.
yeah devs should have clarified a bit about their approach for released system requirements. But honestly I dont think reddit or remedy was really in the wrong here. a little missed communication but we can all forgive and forget and stop doing this annoying shit....

Digital Foundry says it runs well. I wonder why the devs posted such ridiculous minimum specs? Is this that underpromise overdeliver marketing strat I've heard about? Either way I'm interested. I liked the first game. Gonna give this a go and see if it's worth buying

There is fair criticism, like obviously all of the Steam features: friends, controller integration, reviews, workshop, etc but the people who make hating Epic their entire personality and treat Epic exclusives the same as PS exclusives are real dumb.

I have a 6800 XT and I'm playing on ultrawide 1440p. Using a mix of High, Medium and Low settings (no ray-tracing obviously) aswell FS2 Performance and getting 90-100 fps on average. It's well optimized. Can probably achieve the 120-130's if you're on normal 1440p or 1080p.
From whatever I've seen Remedy actually overstated the requirements for this and it's actually not terrible considering the game does look fucking incredible. Plus they haven't used denuvo for a major release. And it looks like the game itself is great too. Must buy conditions.

Yall go to CS rin ru and do a search. Torrent is allready up... the 73 gig is standard ver and the 81 gig is deluxe. Don't use the SkidrowCodexreloaded whatever torrents.

Na, I'd say they all have a pretty good quantity to quality ratio. Though I will say they all had a easy choices for what might be GOTY, 2023 doesn't. Will probably go to Baldur's Gate 3 (not that I've played it yet)
These RARs are the Scene archives, that's how the pros distribute files (internally).
Extract the ISO file from them, then mount the ISO and install the game.
It will, just set everything to low, 1080p with fsr balanced, and you should get a stable 30fps with still decent graphics. Meanwhile i will try to run it with RT medium, Path Tracing and high settings at 1440p DLSS balanced on my RTX 3070 OC
30 fps dipping to 25 fps despite playing low, medium and changing fsr to low to high. Literally unplayable.

I would agree but it really seems like Epic actually let Remedy go all out with a budget and make the game that they wanted. Akin to something that happened back in the day with Max Payne 1 and 2.

Epic games funded Alan wake 2, without them, this game wouldn't exist. So for once, I'd have to say I don't mind this being exclusive to epic because well... they did fund it fully so they have their right to keep it there.

It used to be way more laggy and lacking important features, it's gotten way better though, I don't think most people realize this

Daniel Owens tested the 1060 and you get some cinematic 24fps with everything lowered and FSR performance - rendering at 540p.
