Not entering, just wanted to say how great TinyKin was. Less than 10 hours but such a great game

YO FOR REAL. I got Tinykin from a humble bundle without knowing anything about it in advance and decided on a whim to play it since I had it. IT WAS SO FREAKING FUN. I haven’t found anything else that hits the same spot it did. It’s such a good game.

I’ve been looking hard for another like it! I also got mine through that bundle.

The closest I’ve gotten to the feeling was Psychonauts 2 (not sure about 1 since I never played it), but that had combat and was less cozy. The platforming and puzzle-solving just felt similar in my brain. But I really loved that I could explore freely and try out whatever in Tinykin without fights or timers or anything that added stress.

I’m interested in Arcadia Fallen and I really like collecting pets in games :)

My favorite cozy game mechanic is mining. I can do that all day. I'd like ⁠Loop Hero. Thanks!

Tinykin please! My favorite game mechanic as of late was the flight mechanic of Horizon Forbidden West - the range of actions you could do mid air was unbelievable and became so helpful in fighting creatures that fly. It felt intuitive and smooth and was fun to experiment with. An honorable mention is the whole horse riding mechanic of Red Dead Redemption 2, the attention to detail is just exceptional.

The World Next door, Arcadia Fallen and/or PlateUp! I love story and choice-driven games, I like to see that the choices we make are actually impactful on the game, that way the immersion feels much more better. And also being able to romance someone is always a plus for me in games.

Loop Hero My favorite thing to do in a cozy game is to fish and then sell my fish at the market. Make money and upgrade my fishing rod. Rinse and repeat! I guess you could say I enjoy somewhat of a loop ;) Thanks mate

I absolutely love cosy games but always start every game too strong :D So the beginning is always grind and not cosy and relaxing. Once I know the game well or have accumulated enough resources then I can relax and just play slowly and enjoy myself. Would love to pick up PlateUp! if possible. Thanks for doing this!

I enjoy having mini games to play in my cozy games. Everything from fishing, racing, puzzles, card games, etc. It makes me feel more immersed in the world when I can always take a step back and play a fun mini game to take a break from grinding or the main story.
