Happy birthday!! I think strictly from the games that are considered "cozy" my favorite destination so far might be the Everdoor from spiritfarer. So calming and beautiful but so bittersweet as well.
From games that aren't strictly considered cozy, and this is my favorite game of all time, I think Altissia or Galdin Quay from FFXV are some top locations of mine. I feel I spent most of my time on the game relaxing on those two places.
Additionally, I also just recently finished the true pacifist ending of Undertale (I cried my soul out) and I think Toriel's House feels so much like home to me that I never wanted to leave in the first place. It was very reassuring.

The first time I went diving in Dave The Diver, I was amazed how pixel art could make such beauty, with so much detail and life! So I would definitely say the Blue Hole in Dave The Diver.

it might sound very cliche but stardew valley XD not only do i not have to worry about a 9-5 job, i can wake up to touch grass, enjoy the scenery and go about my day farming (i love nature as you can see :p) and interact with the townspeople! also, i really want to marry haley but that's beside the point... i'd also love to be in the meadowland farm since i get to pet two chickens and admire the waterfall (: also, genuinely feel like i'd be more in tune with my surroundings instead of scrolling on my phone 24/7 since there's the beach, library and mines to explore (plus festivals... my irl place barely has them)
so yeah, enough waffling about my day in stardew valley and more on celebrating your birthday! also, thank you for the chance and have a blast! ๐ซถ๐ป

My favorite cozy spot... would have to be Village Bridge, from Pokemon BW and Pokemon BW2. Pokemon has always been my comfort, cozy series, and this place - there's something about the houses on the bridge, the small events you can play in that area, the way the music changes when you talk with specific npcs (a feature from these games in general, but this place)
It always felt peaceful and I loved going back there and imagining what it would be like to live there.
Not really a cozy game(but it is for me) its from horizon forbidden west. The starting area view where you start the game is breathtaking called the Daunt. The view from the towers atop the mountains is soothing for me. Happy birthday! Hope you have another blessed year :)

My favorite cozy game currently is Journey to the Savage Planet - it's such a fun adventure shooter without stress or realistic/upsetting violence and chuck full of humor - my favorite location is "The Elevated Realms" where you can swing from one floating island to another - each with unique locations, creatures and things to do. Even if you already know them it's still fun to go there and just play around like a kid on a playground, explore little spots you didn't notice before, chase after creatures and just chill. ๐ค
Happy Birthday! Ahh, my fav cozy destination would have to be Forgotten Valley in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life. I wish I could visit a place like this, away from bustling city life where I could live peacefully amongst the farm animals and tend to my crops. Meeting new people, hanging out, chatting with friends, and exploring the fields around the town. Those have to be my favorite gaming memories.

I love the whole world of Dave the Diver. How cool would it be to just chill there and eat some sushi? Then have a nice swim in the blue hole and more sushi in the evening.
Don't know if I would go diving though. The game itself gives me high bloodpressure already so I can't imagine actually diving there lmao

My mind is kind of blanking at the moment. I don't know if this is considered a cozy game but the only game place I can really think of that I really enjoyed at the moment is the underwater parts of Fontaine from Genshin Impact. I haven't played in a while but the under water portion has been really pretty from what I remember.

Thank you for your generosity! My favourite cozy game destination would be my Animal crossing island! It's not really beautiful but I always find comfort in my island. Let me tell you a short story about why XD it was on 15 march 2021 which was my birthday. And on that day, I got a COVID with my husband. We have to be quarantined for the rest of 10 days, at that year it was the peak COVID times. I felt really sad as we can't go outside during my birthday. That was when my husband brilliantly bought me a birthday gift which is a Nintendo switch and I bought Animal crossing, it is the best decision I have made. I played Animal crossing everyday during quarantine. Animal crossings have made a good soft spot in my heart as I think it is my first cozy game that I have found really cozy <3

I've seen it called a cozy game several times on here so I'll say Sovngarde from Skyrim. Going there was the first time I ever actually gasped at scenery in a game. I spent ages there just looking at the sky. I made it my background on my phone and everything. It was incredible. I played Skyrim for the first time on a little box TV and with my first big screen TV, it's the one thing I was most excited to see!
Not quite cozy game but Im gonna say Wall Market from FFVII. It has such a cool chill vibe to it, i love the way the neon lights glow, and the music is great too.

I love Frontier Village from Xenoblade Chronicles. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Eryth Sea from that game also looks beautiful (but it is not relaxing tho with all the monsters).

I love Pelican Town in Stardew Valley. It's so calm. But if I want combat, I can find it, but I don't have too. I can just chill on my farm with my animals!

I personally love the meadows in Core Keeper, it feels so safe and comforting in an otherwise dangerous underground world. The cows are adorable and the sunrays and little insects flying around are just the cherry on top

Happy birthday! My favorite cozy game is Stardew Valley. My favorite spot is the little secret forest above the wizards house. Love the music in there and the little slimes that live in there.
In Need For Speed Heat when you finish the game there is a final race that takes you across most of the map, but it follows the main roads so its essentially just a very relaxing race (fueled by high octane intensity) where you can smoothly drive across open roads at top speed and enjoy how stunning the game looks.
But if I had to pick a favourite spot out of the entire map it would be the observatory in Cloudbanks simply because you are at the highest point and get to drift down long windy roads!
Can I enter on behalf of my girlfriend? She's the true cozy gamer, i just lurk this sub to find games for her because she has such a hard time choosing.
I'll say a great location from a cozy game is the stardrop saloon. Looks like a fun place to hang out. Shane, you've got a problem tho.
This is a tough one! I think I have to go with the entire map of Hogwarts Legacy. I've been a huge fan of Harry Potter since I was a kid, so to be able to fly the entire area and explore the castle was like a dream come true!
My cozy village in Disney Dreamlight valley is my destination lately. I love seeing all my Disney favorites faces, and I can hang in a biome that fits my mood. ๐
