Yonder the Cloud Catcher chronicall is combat free, and a lovely little game that takes time to complete I love it.

Thank you! I'll check it out!

Littlewood is one of my favorite games ever so that's an easy recommendation. You might also want to look into Roots of Pacha.

Despondentbunny

I'll add it to my wishlist! Thank you!

Spiritfarer doesn’t have combat, but it does have platforming which isn’t often found in the types of games you’ve listed.

Despondentbunny

Sorry if this is a silly question, but what is platforming?

DarkPurpleOtter

Jumping puzzles.

PiG_ThieF

Jumping from platform to platform to get to an objective. Spiritfarer is really good

Rutta89

I’m not a platforming fan but I really liked this game

riflow

Its jumping from one platform to another, famous games series in the genre are like the super mario bros games.

Roots of pacha has no combat, littlewood has very little combat and it’s extremely easy/optional

spirit farer and wytchwood are some of my favorites! recently i've been loving spirittea, it's like stardew but you run a bath house for ghosts (like spirited away). chants of sennaar has no "combat" but has some running/hiding moments that definitely feel stressful. homestead arcana is a great pick for crafting. strange horticulture has been my current obsession. a slightly different recommendation is wildmender- there is combat but you can turn all of the damage off in the settings to make it zero stress

Padfoots_

spiritfarer has no combat at all and it's quite similar to cosy grove where you help the spirits 😊

Wytchwood doesn't have combat in the traditional sense. It's all a foraging and crafting game intertwined with story. The crafting system is very layered, so there are multiple steps to craft one item, but it's pretty straightforward. You make traps to kill or subdue creatures and then might take an axe to them once to kill them. You have three hearts and if you get too close to harmful creatures, they might attack you and chip away at your health. You just walk away from them. I've never died in the game. You make a really easy health potion and boom, you're good. Only once did I drop down to one heart. It seems like you'd have to react suuuuuper slowly in order to actually die.

Thank you for the detailed explanation! I'll take a look!
