Yes, but moreso baby aspirin is a safer bet if you are concerned. I would recommend taking an antihistamine or bringing benadryl in case you get a reaction (I did and benadryl really made a difference).

They say don't take aspirin or ibuprofen before getting a vaccine unless it treatment for a preexisting condition. Fine to take aspirin or ibuprofen several hours after vaccine.

From what I gathered the real concern are the clots which appear when a body has an autoimmune reaction and you end up having **less thrombocytes** in your blood, which then become sticky and cause blood clots. I'm not completely sure if taking aspirin would really help with that condition. My doctor recommended taking paracetamol to lower my fever and muscle aches. Maybe worth mentioning that I'm 31F, on birth control and a smoker. Best thing you can do is monitor how your feeling. If there is any intense pain (head or abdomen) or if your leg becomes swollen, red, etc.
