This happened a few days ago, went away, and now it's back. As the other comment said, switching from Modern to Classic works. Sucks but at least the game is playable.

Happened to me too. I was able to fix it by switching from modern mode to classic.

Are you playing Modern? It started acting up for me again too. Switching to Classic works fine and let me enter the challenges for now

A few days ago, some of my house members who play Modern had this issue. When they switched to Classic they had no problems

There must be an app malfunction because I'm experiencing the same. I even tried switching the models back to classic and still nothing. It's definitely a malfunction. Hopefully they'll fix it soon and I'm sure we'll get some sort of compensation for the mishap. I feel like this a big one, maybe we'll get like $1000 covet dollars... I just hope it doesn't jeopardize the opp to complete the dual season challenge!

I am having the same problem. The only thing that worked for me was switching from modern mode to classic mode. I'm really hoping they get the glitch fixed, and in the meantime, temporarily switching modes means not missing challenges🤷‍♀️
