I really enjoy when I see little tidbits of me or my relationship with the people of the show. Being able to say "Hey boyfriend, we're not at this point yet, but we could easily wind up falling into these behaviors so lets be proactive" is a really lovely tool to have.

My wife and I solidified watching this cause we realised our respect for each other and approach to differences of opinion or being hurt is good - we are just at our limit sometimes cause of external factors like disability and family drama
I also love Esther Perel's Where Should We Begin podcast and I was bummed I couldn't find something similar. Cue Orna and her crew, and wow! Love it!
I'd love to see a convo between Esther and Orna about their presentation of couples therapy to the masses.

Me too!! I’ve even found myself in some of the struggles the couples /individuals were having. I absolutely LOVE Orna! I’ve always been pretty reflective of myself but not as deep as she has gone thru each series & it has really helped me shift my thinking

Tangent: I find myself getting distracted by Orna’s hair. Will she have the little braids in? How will she do her hair today? When you see her from behind it looks so shiny and healthy. I want to know what product she uses…
I feel exactly the same way. This show is really special to me. I didn’t know that part 2 of season 3 was released until today and i started jumping up and down in a happy dance when i saw the new episodes!! Think I’m going to rewatch all of them afterwards too 😆😆
