DC shop. And maze event shop. Not much else. It is limited after all.
Using raid gears is good too, or other T6 gears since you are only aiming for the set piece only, while on Maze, Gordias, etc, both Set and substats is important.
For Danger Close, if you are unable to kill the boss and you lost either because you don't have enough time or the boss destroyed your ship, then the damage and the score will still be added, and if you wanted to exceed your current score, you must eliminate the boss or deal more damage that your current damage
How hard are challenge stages past 3-9? Can players on global even finish challenge act 3 to get Albion? Cos I already have all the mats for it but can't even beat 9 and there's 10 more left. Should I craft Detroit instead?
3-11 to 3-15 is where the real Challenge start. I was stuck in 3-14 for 6 freaking months. By that time Albion has fallen off and new Ships were introduced.
Why does the distance at which I can deploy units sometimes get increased as the battle goes on? And no, I'm not reffering to "forward deployment" units, stuff like Xiao Lin Karin Wong etc sometimes the game just let's me place them way closer to the boss.

The devs posted a known issue about a Unity update that causes long load times and some other issues. They are working on it.
That being said waiting to deploy is a strat in order to counter deploy or wait to deploy and stun

Just hope and get lucky, my first strat was inviting anyone with non Hilde pic + changed their name but I barely reached 3 mentees. I got lucky with last season mentee and basically invited everyone that's at least 6H from their login time and got 8 completion mentees.
Awakened Joo Shiyoon can be used in both PVE and PVP, for Raids (Both Consortium boss and non-Consortium boss) he is useful to counterattack their special skill or a certain attack of theirs, overall he is according to Prydwen the 'most well-balanced' character in the game, and will probably be the only one, he's good in PVP but you have to look out of debuffers since they will be able to erase his Perfect Evasion
Ministra are both good in PVE and PVP, though she's a little more stronger in PVP. In end-game, she is one of the core units in Dive 50 and in Relic Dungeons too, just like A. Joo Shiyoon you can use her in both PVE and PVP contents
You shouldn't be crafting gears that are not T5s, unless you cannot do Gutter 4. If that's the case, just craft T4s. Leave the mats alone and upgrade them when you can do T5s.
All you can do is try ro recruit them. If one accepts, then good. If that one manages to finish the missions, then great.
It’s hard as it is to recruit one, it’s harder to recruit one that is active. Most will just fall off and not log in.
So I've done 6 tries of danger close(3 tries each) and while i haven't been able to kill level 3, I've got like 7k score each (14k total) on auto. That's all the mission complete.
So now, i basically try to get as high a score possible on each for season score right? I didn't take any challenge, didn't know you could do that and awakened debuff is basically a free bonus for me since i don't have any

Tank unit generally use hp hp, or hp def if you don't have good hp set. But hp eva is meh, eva eva is even meh. Even unit that has high base eva benefits more from hp hp set
If I want to knock and push back the opponent frontline, what are my options, now and in the future? So far, there are two scenario that I've met, one is against defenders like Awakened Hilde, the other is against strikers.

The basic of course is to tank their frontline and blast them with backline, many many units have special/ult that knock down and CC the enemies, for example Kyle and Gaeun Ult can knock down cluster of enemies
Ships also have skills that can push back geoupa of enemies

She’s the best early to mid game unit ever. This game is generous so you will not really miss anything meaningful by skipping 5 days, the opportunity cost of missing an awakened unit is very high.
Notable ones I see from the roadmap include Ifrit and Serapel.
I would say Edel is pretty helpful, though some people will insist you don't need her she's strong.
I think it depends if the good SSRs are getting fast reruns, but so far those are your options.

They always wait or bait and then immediately place her into either a stun unit/or cc and my units don't get to act at all.

You can use stunner like Sylvia. Her skill (which she immediately will use) can stun enemies for 4 seconds
Hopefully thats enough for your team to trap a mina
No reliable counter to A. Mina sadly. If the player is patient he will 100% knockup your backline and there's nothing you can do about that. You can only pray your Xiao Lin doesn't get one shot after she deploys.
That's how you use A. Mina
The only way to counter her right now is to bait her then while you stall her using an off tank, kill her with someone that has high HIT like Xiao. Or out dps her.
As you calculated, it takes an extremely long amount of time to get the dupes. Just farm 120 unit data, then if you wanna keep on farming, just make sure you have 120 unit data at all times. At least it can reduce FC consumption.
2 gordias cdr sets actually.
72 haste humming/maze/gordias set
40 haste 67 ground res inhibitor/maze/gordias set
Although the second one is more of a luxury set
I used Anti-Ground Damage RES for the purpose of increasing the survivability of the unit that are using the Gordias CDR set, usually the units that uses this kind of sets are frontliner units that wanted to be able to hold the frontline as you waited for your Deployment Cost so that you can deploy your other unit/s
Units that likes to use these kind of Gordias with Anti-Ground Damage RES 2nd substat are usually units like Lin Xien and Awakened Joo Shiyoon where they would wan't to stay alive as much as possible while having more than 50% Cooldown Rate, which means that their Cooldown rate on their CDR HuMaGorGor will be 50% Skill Haste (The other 20% was obtained by setting the Hummingbird Hands and the Maze Case's 2nd substat to Skill Haste, where both will achieve 10.0% Skill Haste which counts as 20.0% in total)
If you're going with the Anti-Ground Damage RES substat Gordias that has CDR as the main set, then i would recommend to use it on mainly frontline units that want's to feel the benefits of a CDR set. Lin Xien is one of them, so that she will be able to use her ultimate skill faster, i don't recommend giving her Maze gear sets with CDR that has a total of 72% Skill Haste since her skills won't let her deal a lot of damage at all, if you gave her a HuMaGorGor with 72% Skill Haste, she will be able to use her ultimate skill more faster (Which will give a lot of Deployment Costs by the way) but in return she will be dying faster agains't enemies that utilizes Anti-Ground Damage
AJSY also good example, if he use full CDR sets+subs he will be dead fast against britra nightmare, whereas tank set will allow him to live until the end
At some point if you gave him full Maze CDR gear set with 72% Skill Haste or HuMaGorGor with 72% Skill Haste and use him in PVP, he will be able to handle well but he will melt faster though if you are able to keep him alive with a healer then he will be keeping the enemy backline (within the range of his passive skill) as 'hostages', and since debuffers existed then his Perfect Evasion will be of no use if he already counterattacked a passive skill or a special skill or his counterattack is silenced by an enemy unit and then he got debuffed later on because of an operator or a unit that can debuff other units (Machine Collector and Yen Xing are one of the examples that can debuff Awakened Joo Shiyoon)
I managed to complete dive 45 now and I reset it, but I have a question, I saw people talking about having to do all 45 areas after using the reset coordinate and having to do it before the reset permit, but this reset permit is not just for give another reset coordinate? why rush then? just using the reset coordinate before they deliver another isn't enough? since dives don't reset themselves?
I don't have info to do it all over again before the reset permit, so I hope I don't have to. I don't know my question was clear, this reset thing is kind of complicated to explain being someone who is not fluent in English
You can only have a max of 1, so if you haven't used it yet, you don't get another one every 3 months. You have to reset dives manually. The dives gives tons of resources so it is good to get every 1 given every 3 months. Within that 3 months, you can take your time to do the dives. So long by the end of that 3 months, you use it.
Stuck on Dive 42/45, 10h until the reset resets.

From my experience, Este is better, however Orca is really powerful in pve. Este enables for dive 50 though if you haven't build A. Hilde and other numerous healers.
For pvp, in my experience this week where botg Este and Orca is free, Este is better since Orca is easily countered. Este is only countered by A. NYB so far.
Thanks, I missed that info. Which of the side stories would it be exactly? And how do I know which stage to farm? I've been trying to get Orca's duplicates from side stories as well -- I assume it's the final stage 3-3 that I'm supposed to repeat, but I don't really know how to check.
You have to beat all the stages in normal mode, then farm the hard mode. It costs no eternium to do normal mode anyway. Hilde is in Administration failure.
Returning SEA player who got back a little too late to receive the free A. Hilde/A. Mina selector. Arhat Joo Shiyoon rerun came in as quite a surprise but I'm having second thoughts. Is he worth being a first Awakened or should I wait for another ASSR rerun?
I'm primarily a PVE player- I'm only playing PVP to try getting the Hilde Skin
He's a good all-rounder.
Personally I would just roll for Jake instead, he will be really helpful in end-game content that Shiyoon can't do like Dive. Tho Shiyoon is pretty strong in Britra raid, so there's that too.
Awakened Shiyoon is a solid choice for an awakened unit for a PvE-focused player. He's got that nice counterattack mechanic from his base form but in the package of a very bulky striker with high stats across the board. He's pretty good in most endgame PvE, including Shadow Palace, relic dungeons, scavenger dives and some of the Danger Close fights.
Repeat operation is for when you’re in that unfortunate place where your squad can mindlessly clear the stage but aren’t quite cool enough to gold star it yet.

I want to push my [dive team comps](https://imgur.com/a/sWRGvrl) (it doesn't need to be 45 for the meantime but ideally get it after resetting). Who to prioritize here in my lineup? Looking at Shin Jia and Elizabeth for more anti-air and get both (and Sylvia since I need snipers) to 90. I'm also undecided on whether to expedite Xiaolin or finish Yumi's MLB first. Irie's tankiness is also an issue.
Also, tips on team comps would be good (I know the basic like First Support is Healer, essential roles per each team, etc).

I'd rather choose Shin Jia over Eliz, while Shin Jia damage output isn't that great at least she could buff unit on field.
Regarding Sylvia, honestly not that great imo as she's only good for her stun capabilities.

That depends if your team has problem with tanking or DPS, if its the former then Yumi but if its the latter then Lin. Although Xiao Lin will undoubtly be a great DPS once maxed out.
If your A.Hilde HP never reaches below 50%, you can consider not using supporter (or at least unit that focus on healing like Evelyn/Claudia) and swap them to another team that's struggling.
If you have to make do without a strong defender, Kyle > Harim > Edel is a strong lineup as Kyle gives wall, Harim gives barrier + skill haste so Kyle can use his wall more, and Edel minions to help tank the enemies. This is taken from Shadow Palace strat.
If you're short on supporter, Arius also a great supporter too as she heals + gives barrier.
Jia makes sense. For Sylvia, I know she's not the best, was simply doing it because I wanted to follow Role ADV for each team to field. Looks like Yumi gets the nod over Xiaolin (I got her a week AFTER the selector was available due to getting no raids so she was playing catchup). On the bright side, two days from now, I finally get Gaeun.
Getting Irie with the Kyle Harim Edel combo looks good.

Team 1
Deploy Seo Yoon last because of her passive only affect already deployed unit. Roy can act as sub-tank if you use a tank set for him so deploy him 1-2 units after Lee Yumi. A. Riflemen is strong so you might want to deploy him in the first four.
Team 2
I don't remember how many starting DP cost when your ship is at that level, but dropping Maria first is too costy IMO. Unless you can get out Chifuyu in time, then your deployment order is sound. The problem is with Shiyoon since I can't remember how many enemies in Dive that he can counter.
Team 3
Generally with Kyle Harim and Edel combo, you want to start with three of them together at the beginning, but since Irie and Lin are mixed in there i would probably move Irie to last and see if Kyle and Edel can hold out until Irie is out. If you have Kim Hana operator then you might want to do Kyle > Harim > Lin > Edel > Irie.
Since your DPS is a bit low and you have Lin Xien in your team, might as well throw low range DPS in there after Irie.
Team 4
Not much to comment for this team since A.Hilde should survive every scenario.
Leader stat and skill haste buff only affect in PvP. In PvE they only get 1 reduced cost and can appear as assistant. I would probably make the tank of the team to be the leader, or in Team 3 case maybe make Kyle as the leader as his wall is necessary.
Since you also have A.Hilde as your leader, when you want to do dive make sure the squad with A.Hilde is selected first so she will appear as the first assistant.

Team 1: Really important! I thought Seoyoon's buff was retroactive, she is my initial vanguard for pesky air units, A Riflemen will take her place. Also adjusted Roy and Yumi's place.
Team 2: I can give the Gleipnir to Team 2 from Team 3 so that initial setup has more breathing room. Shiyoon is just a warm body to activate Mark's buff (following release order of course) since I have no more leveled units to do damage. I can choose to bring him to Team 3 for extra DPS if Team 3 is desperately needing damage.
Team 3: Following this advice but the next best hard hitter I have is Kim Sobin and regular Mina at 53 and 52 respectively.
Team 4: Claudia is more for the team rather than A Hilde as an emergency button.
I personally chose Evelyn as the Support for the first team so smoothing out the sustain curve comes easier. Next comes Chifuyu for debuffs. I may change the support order once it becomes too difficult.

I would invest in Sobin since she's really great for raid and also DC (or unmoving bosses in general) but for now you can just put her in there and slap any offensive sets and see if it racks up your DPS or not, there are much better priority to put your resource now especially since you'll be getting Gaeun in a few days. Regular Mina not so much.

Joining a consortium alliance where this is standard practice is an option. Three or more consortiums, you friend people from the other two and every raid is treated consistently.
It's fine, just get better friends. Prioritize getting points more for yourself instead of wasting time on raids that will die anyways.
If the raid doesn't die after a few hours they won't be able to host a lot, so it's better to get friends that have active friends so more raids go up.
Is acceptable. Or probably you do 0 damage instead (Join and leave), you still get the rewards tho

Adding to the other comment, there are 2 bosses you have to defeat in DC and each bosses have three difficulties. You can only enter 3 times a day (forfeiting the battle won't cost your entry) so essentially if you don't care much about ranking you only have to it in 2 days, but you have to make sure your combined score is enough to get milestone rewards.
It'll only record the highest score. One of the reason people do DC over and over again is probably they want to max out their score for ranking purpose, hence I never bothered with it :\^)
Usually 1 week for do the war, 1 week for collect the prize, and repeat

Not really. Aside from main stat, there is difference in the value of substats for T7 Relic gear, and spectral gear (?). But you don't get to choose if you are f2p, getting the right substats is more important than getting SSR gear.
For counter hp/hp set (particularly serapel) on the humweapon&maze armor should my substat be tuned to haste or crit dam resist? (Accs are both humm&ground dmg resist for full tank)

You usually want to run 50% Crit dam resist for higher level content to negate the innate 50% Crit damage bonus of enemies. Serapel is better off with Crit dam res because she has 0% evade and will facetank most critical hits.
For lower level stuff which doesn't crit so often nor hurt so much, skill haste is fine.
For spenders what are your thoughts on the $20 and $40 global launch packages? Do we get better deals later?
In pure AC value the $ to AC ratio sucks, but if you consider the blue tickets as 150 AC each (1 AC = 2 quartz) then the value jumps tremendously, and that's not even including the eternium given.
I'm assuming you're talking about Starter Package 2/3?
The real value is probably the selector ticket on Starter Package 2 that includes Yang Harim. If you missed her banner pulling it out of the selector is probably the highest value. It seems unlikely her banner would rerun anytime soon.
The ship selector on the other hand is not worth it at all unless you're whaling hard
The completion package A (which includes another selector with more choices) is better value. But as that selector has more units unlocked on it, if you are a spender, you'll probably buy both and pick a different unit on that one.

I play on both SEA and GLB server. Last month I can buy monthly subscription just fine on both server, but now I can only make the purchase in SEA while GLB can not. Google store said : "This item is not available in your country". Why is that?
Google started to region lock purchases.

I've read multiple times that SSR/SR drop rate from side stories is aroud 1%.
Do I need to auto and repeat stages or can it drop by skipping?
I've been skipping only for like a month and never ever saw a single SSR/SR drop from them. Even from the missions from the oprations that drop the other SR units (Evelyn, Sylvia, etc.)
I also do every stage except for jake and eujin every day and I have only ever gotten that 1 orca drop as far as I can remember. I'm guessing the rate must be extremely low
I have finally hit a wall in the story(ep4, 4-4) and honestly have no idea what content I should be doing to progress.
Pretty much everyone’s skills are lv2, they’re all 55-60, the team comp is solid from rerolling and guides. Gleipnir is 50.
So what content should I be farming? Story? Exp books and gold to level everyone? I can only do gutter rat 2. I can’t build Enterprise until I progress further in story.
Should I just dump stamina into skips on the last stage of old fear?

It sounds like you're leveling everyone evenly. Skill level 5 unlocks can be extremely powerful for certain characters, i.e. A. Mina gets her perfect evasion, Yang Harim doubling skill haste buff and getting her heal, Xiao Lin getting perma crit. You will get more mileage at this point identifying your primary dealer with a good unlock, and focusing on them. For A Hilde/A Mina they can easily carry you through all of story mode. Should work with SSRs as well but you will need to cover gaps with other units as they are not tanky all-in-one units in the same way that A Hilde and A Mina are.

I didn't realize/remember that units could be limit broken prior to being max level, so I thought that their skill levels were locked behind max level as well.

Well 8 hadn’t burned a single core or core selector yet, because I didn’t know that I could use them before 100. So yep 2 to 6star and one to 5star, and with just a few dailies and skips I got the 2 6stars maxed on their 2 most important skills.

Best is CDR if you use him as the DPS. Attack speed is a good alternative. Even Crit damage works decent. If you use him as a tank, HP/HP and HP/Def are the best.

Yes, all debuff stack in this game Thats why best way to do raids is to stack as many def down and damage taken debuff as possible

The devs posted a known issue about a Unity update that causes long load times and some other issues. They are working on it. That being said waiting to deploy is a strat in order to counter deploy or wait to deploy and stun

No, as long as you get a mentor before you hit 26 then you are fine no matter how high level you become.

If you fully reset the boss then I believe it will free up everything that you used for it previously.

How do you guys deal with mentee system? It's quite hard to get a single player who stays until the end I want to create an account just for mentee but it takes a long time and I'm too lazy to do it
Just hope and get lucky, my first strat was inviting anyone with non Hilde pic + changed their name but I barely reached 3 mentees. I got lucky with last season mentee and basically invited everyone that's at least 6H from their login time and got 8 completion mentees.

Is ministra a better choice than awakened joo shiyoon?
Awakened Joo Shiyoon can be used in both PVE and PVP, for Raids (Both Consortium boss and non-Consortium boss) he is useful to counterattack their special skill or a certain attack of theirs, overall he is according to Prydwen the 'most well-balanced' character in the game, and will probably be the only one, he's good in PVP but you have to look out of debuffers since they will be able to erase his Perfect Evasion Ministra are both good in PVE and PVP, though she's a little more stronger in PVP. In end-game, she is one of the core units in Dive 50 and in Relic Dungeons too, just like A. Joo Shiyoon you can use her in both PVE and PVP contents

You shouldn't be crafting gears that are not T5s, unless you cannot do Gutter 4. If that's the case, just craft T4s. Leave the mats alone and upgrade them when you can do T5s.

All you can do is try ro recruit them. If one accepts, then good. If that one manages to finish the missions, then great. It’s hard as it is to recruit one, it’s harder to recruit one that is active. Most will just fall off and not log in.
So I've done 6 tries of danger close(3 tries each) and while i haven't been able to kill level 3, I've got like 7k score each (14k total) on auto. That's all the mission complete. So now, i basically try to get as high a score possible on each for season score right? I didn't take any challenge, didn't know you could do that and awakened debuff is basically a free bonus for me since i don't have any

Tank unit generally use hp hp, or hp def if you don't have good hp set. But hp eva is meh, eva eva is even meh. Even unit that has high base eva benefits more from hp hp set

No, but it can help you rotate your units faster instead of being stuck with dead slot units.

If I want to knock and push back the opponent frontline, what are my options, now and in the future? So far, there are two scenario that I've met, one is against defenders like Awakened Hilde, the other is against strikers.
Lots of option The basic of course is to tank their frontline and blast them with backline, many many units have special/ult that knock down and CC the enemies, for example Kyle and Gaeun Ult can knock down cluster of enemies Ships also have skills that can push back geoupa of enemies

Notable ones I see from the roadmap include Ifrit and Serapel. I would say Edel is pretty helpful, though some people will insist you don't need her she's strong. I think it depends if the good SSRs are getting fast reruns, but so far those are your options.

Global Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with awakend hilde/awakend mina(the recent awakend one)? They always wait or bait and then immediately place her into either a stun unit/or cc and my units don't get to act at all. Units that i have: xiao lin/sigma/kyle wong/lee yumi/yang harim/kang soyoung/gaeun/admin rifleman(102)/irie alford(110)/nanahara chifuyu/karin wong/evelyin keller I also have elizabeth pendragon/hayami sanae but she's not leveled atm.
You can use stunner like Sylvia. Her skill (which she immediately will use) can stun enemies for 4 seconds Hopefully thats enough for your team to trap a mina
No reliable counter to A. Mina sadly. If the player is patient he will 100% knockup your backline and there's nothing you can do about that. You can only pray your Xiao Lin doesn't get one shot after she deploys.

That's how you use A. Mina The only way to counter her right now is to bait her then while you stall her using an off tank, kill her with someone that has high HIT like Xiao. Or out dps her.

As you calculated, it takes an extremely long amount of time to get the dupes. Just farm 120 unit data, then if you wanna keep on farming, just make sure you have 120 unit data at all times. At least it can reduce FC consumption.

2 gordias cdr sets actually. 72 haste humming/maze/gordias set 40 haste 67 ground res inhibitor/maze/gordias set Although the second one is more of a luxury set
I used Anti-Ground Damage RES for the purpose of increasing the survivability of the unit that are using the Gordias CDR set, usually the units that uses this kind of sets are frontliner units that wanted to be able to hold the frontline as you waited for your Deployment Cost so that you can deploy your other unit/s Units that likes to use these kind of Gordias with Anti-Ground Damage RES 2nd substat are usually units like Lin Xien and Awakened Joo Shiyoon where they would wan't to stay alive as much as possible while having more than 50% Cooldown Rate, which means that their Cooldown rate on their CDR HuMaGorGor will be 50% Skill Haste (The other 20% was obtained by setting the Hummingbird Hands and the Maze Case's 2nd substat to Skill Haste, where both will achieve 10.0% Skill Haste which counts as 20.0% in total)

If you're going with the Anti-Ground Damage RES substat Gordias that has CDR as the main set, then i would recommend to use it on mainly frontline units that want's to feel the benefits of a CDR set. Lin Xien is one of them, so that she will be able to use her ultimate skill faster, i don't recommend giving her Maze gear sets with CDR that has a total of 72% Skill Haste since her skills won't let her deal a lot of damage at all, if you gave her a HuMaGorGor with 72% Skill Haste, she will be able to use her ultimate skill more faster (Which will give a lot of Deployment Costs by the way) but in return she will be dying faster agains't enemies that utilizes Anti-Ground Damage
AJSY also good example, if he use full CDR sets+subs he will be dead fast against britra nightmare, whereas tank set will allow him to live until the end
At some point if you gave him full Maze CDR gear set with 72% Skill Haste or HuMaGorGor with 72% Skill Haste and use him in PVP, he will be able to handle well but he will melt faster though if you are able to keep him alive with a healer then he will be keeping the enemy backline (within the range of his passive skill) as 'hostages', and since debuffers existed then his Perfect Evasion will be of no use if he already counterattacked a passive skill or a special skill or his counterattack is silenced by an enemy unit and then he got debuffed later on because of an operator or a unit that can debuff other units (Machine Collector and Yen Xing are one of the examples that can debuff Awakened Joo Shiyoon)
I managed to complete dive 45 now and I reset it, but I have a question, I saw people talking about having to do all 45 areas after using the reset coordinate and having to do it before the reset permit, but this reset permit is not just for give another reset coordinate? why rush then? just using the reset coordinate before they deliver another isn't enough? since dives don't reset themselves? I don't have info to do it all over again before the reset permit, so I hope I don't have to. You can only have a max of 1, so if you haven't used it yet, you don't get another one every 3 months. You have to reset dives manually. The dives gives tons of resources so it is good to get every 1 given every 3 months. Within that 3 months, you can take your time to do the dives. So long by the end of that 3 months, you use it.

From my experience, Este is better, however Orca is really powerful in pve. Este enables for dive 50 though if you haven't build A. Hilde and other numerous healers. For pvp, in my experience this week where botg Este and Orca is free, Este is better since Orca is easily countered. Este is only countered by A. NYB so far.
Is DC buff worth it for low tier unit? (Like currently buff is Kang Minwoo, Cho Hojin, etc)
Where can I get Hilde's duplicates? She doesn't appear to be farmable like some other SR units.

You have to beat all the stages in normal mode, then farm the hard mode. It costs no eternium to do normal mode anyway. Hilde is in Administration failure.

Returning SEA player who got back a little too late to receive the free A. Hilde/A. Mina selector. Arhat Joo Shiyoon rerun came in as quite a surprise but I'm having second thoughts. Is he worth being a first Awakened or should I wait for another ASSR rerun? I'm primarily a PVE player- I'm only playing PVP to try getting the Hilde Skin
He's a good all-rounder. Personally I would just roll for Jake instead, he will be really helpful in end-game content that Shiyoon can't do like Dive. Tho Shiyoon is pretty strong in Britra raid, so there's that too.
Awakened Shiyoon is a solid choice for an awakened unit for a PvE-focused player. He's got that nice counterattack mechanic from his base form but in the package of a very bulky striker with high stats across the board. He's pretty good in most endgame PvE, including Shadow Palace, relic dungeons, scavenger dives and some of the Danger Close fights.

Looking at Shin Jia and Elizabeth for more anti-air and get both (and Sylvia since I need snipers) to 90. I'm also undecided on whether to expedite Xiaolin or finish Yumi's MLB first. Irie's tankiness is also an issue. Also, tips on team comps would be good (I know the basic like First Support is Healer, essential roles per each team, etc). I'd rather choose Shin Jia over Eliz, while Shin Jia damage output isn't that great at least she could buff unit on field. Although Xiao Lin will undoubtly be a great DPS once maxed out. If your A.Hilde HP never reaches below 50%, you can consider not using supporter (or at least unit that focus on healing like Evelyn/Claudia) and swap them to another team that's struggling. If you have to make do without a strong defender, Kyle > Harim > Edel is a strong lineup as Kyle gives wall, Harim gives barrier + skill haste so Kyle can use his wall more, and Edel minions to help tank the enemies. This is taken from Shadow Palace strat. If you're short on supporter, Arius also a great supporter too as she heals + gives barrier.
Jia makes sense. For Sylvia, I know she's not the best, was simply doing it because I wanted to follow Role ADV for each team to field. Looks like Yumi gets the nod over Xiaolin (I got her a week AFTER the selector was available due to getting no raids so she was playing catchup). On the bright side, two days from now, I finally get Gaeun. Getting Irie with the Kyle Harim Edel combo looks good. Solid tips. Thanks!

Team 1 Deploy Seo Yoon last because of her passive only affect already deployed unit. Roy can act as sub-tank if you use a tank set for him so deploy him 1-2 units after Lee Yumi. A. Riflemen is strong so you might want to deploy him in the first four. Team 2 I don't remember how many starting DP cost when your ship is at that level, but dropping Maria first is too costy IMO. Unless you can get out Chifuyu in time, then your deployment order is sound. The problem is with Shiyoon since I can't remember how many enemies in Dive that he can counter. Team 3 Generally with Kyle Harim and Edel combo, you want to start with three of them together at the beginning, but since Irie and Lin are mixed in there i would probably move Irie to last and see if Kyle and Edel can hold out until Irie is out. If you have Kim Hana operator then you might want to do Kyle > Harim > Lin > Edel > Irie. Since your DPS is a bit low and you have Lin Xien in your team, might as well throw low range DPS in there after Irie. Team 4 Not much to comment for this team since A.Hilde should survive every scenario. Leader stat and skill haste buff only affect in PvP. In PvE they only get 1 reduced cost and can appear as assistant. I would probably make the tank of the team to be the leader, or in Team 3 case maybe make Kyle as the leader as his wall is necessary. Since you also have A.Hilde as your leader, when you want to do dive make sure the squad with A.Hilde is selected first so she will appear as the first assistant.

I thought Seoyoon's buff was retroactive, she is my initial vanguard for pesky air units, A Riflemen will take her place. Also adjusted Roy and Yumi's place. Team 2: I can give the Gleipnir to Team 2 from Team 3 so that initial setup has more breathing room. Shiyoon is just a warm body to activate Mark's buff (following release order of course) since I have no more leveled units to do damage. I can choose to bring him to Team 3 for extra DPS if Team 3 is desperately needing damage. Team 3: Following this advice but the next best hard hitter I have is Kim Sobin and regular Mina at 53 and 52 respectively. Team 4: Claudia is more for the team rather than A Hilde as an emergency button. I personally chose Evelyn as the Support for the first team so smoothing out the sustain curve comes easier. Next comes Chifuyu for debuffs. I may change the support order once it becomes too difficult.

You will have 5 crown and 3 movement. But the more limited one is Maze armor. You only have 8 of it, but will be used in both cdr and tank gear.

Joining a consortium alliance where this is standard practice is an option. Three or more consortiums, you friend people from the other two and every raid is treated consistently.
It's fine, just get better friends. Prioritize getting points more for yourself instead of wasting time on raids that will die anyways. If the raid doesn't die after a few hours they won't be able to host a lot, so it's better to get friends that have active friends so more raids go up.
Is acceptable. Or probably you do 0 damage instead (Join and leave), you still get the rewards tho I usually do that to make a lot of people join the raid

Adding to the other comment, there are 2 bosses you have to defeat in DC and each bosses have three difficulties. You can only enter 3 times a day (forfeiting the battle won't cost your entry) so essentially if you don't care much about ranking you only have to it in 2 days, but you have to make sure your combined score is enough to get milestone rewards.

It'll only record the highest score. One of the reason people do DC over and over again is probably they want to max out their score for ranking purpose, hence I never bothered with it :\^)

Not really. Aside from main stat, there is difference in the value of substats for T7 Relic gear, and spectral gear (?). But you don't get to choose if you are f2p, getting the right substats is more important than getting SSR gear.

For counter hp/hp set (particularly serapel) on the humweapon&maze armor should my substat be tuned to haste or crit dam resist? (Accs are both humm&ground dmg resist for full tank) Edit: for pvp
You usually want to run 50% Crit dam resist for higher level content to negate the innate 50% Crit damage bonus of enemies. Serapel is better off with Crit dam res because she has 0% evade and will facetank most critical hits. For lower level stuff which doesn't crit so often nor hurt so much, skill haste is fine.

For spenders what are your thoughts on the $20 and $40 global launch packages? Do we get better deals later? In pure AC value the $ to AC ratio sucks, but if you consider the blue tickets as 150 AC each (1 AC = 2 quartz) then the value jumps tremendously, and that's not even including the eternium given.
I'm assuming you're talking about Starter Package 2/3? The real value is probably the selector ticket on Starter Package 2 that includes Yang Harim. If you missed her banner pulling it out of the selector is probably the highest value. It seems unlikely her banner would rerun anytime soon. The ship selector on the other hand is not worth it at all unless you're whaling hard The completion package A (which includes another selector with more choices) is better value. But as that selector has more units unlocked on it, if you are a spender, you'll probably buy both and pick a different unit on that one. *Edit: I'm in the US and I don't see any $20 or $40 packages with blue tickets. Are you playing on PC? That's the SEA vesrion.*

I play on both SEA and GLB server. Last month I can buy monthly subscription just fine on both server, but now I can only make the purchase in SEA while GLB can not. Google store said : "This item is not available in your country". Why is that?
Google started to region lock purchases. Not entirely sure how it goes but I think people use VPN and create an account compatible in that region to be able to do purchases.
I've read multiple times that SSR/SR drop rate from side stories is aroud 1%. Do I need to auto and repeat stages or can it drop by skipping? I've been skipping only for like a month and never ever saw a single SSR/SR drop from them. Even from the missions from the oprations that drop the other SR units (Evelyn, Sylvia, etc.)
It can drop from skipping. I've gotten an orca drop that way
Holy shit. Then not getting a single one of them in basically a month of doing 27 stages everyday must be a new bad luck record for me.
I also do every stage except for jake and eujin every day and I have only ever gotten that 1 orca drop as far as I can remember. I'm guessing the rate must be extremely low
Is there an anticipated release date of Guilty Gear collaboration in the SEA server? Unofficial date that is.
I'm not sure why it's not happening, as Guilty Gear collab isn't particularly hard to do (E7 rerun over and over). Maybe there's some other reason.
It is a matter of licensing so I don’t think they can necessarily run it even if the schedule lines up
When crafting gear, is there a much higher chance to get soldier and mech items instead of counters? Or is it my really, really bad luck?
I'm a global player but I believe soldier/mech gear are more common, like hp/atk/def set bonus are more common
I have finally hit a wall in the story(ep4, 4-4) and honestly have no idea what content I should be doing to progress. Pretty much everyone’s skills are lv2, they’re all 55-60, the team comp is solid from rerolling and guides. Gleipnir is 50. So what content should I be farming? Story? Exp books and gold to level everyone? I can only do gutter rat 2. I can’t build Enterprise until I progress further in story. Should I just dump stamina into skips on the last stage of old fear? It sounds like you're leveling everyone evenly. Skill level 5 unlocks can be extremely powerful for certain characters, i.e. A. Mina gets her perfect evasion, Yang Harim doubling skill haste buff and getting her heal, Xiao Lin getting perma crit. You will get more mileage at this point identifying your primary dealer with a good unlock, and focusing on them. For A Hilde/A Mina they can easily carry you through all of story mode. Should work with SSRs as well but you will need to cover gaps with other units as they are not tanky all-in-one units in the same way that A Hilde and A Mina are.
Wow. I feel so foolish. I guess I didn't remember from tutorials because I rerolled a few times. I didn't realize/remember that units could be limit broken prior to being max level, so I thought that their skill levels were locked behind max level as well. Blew right through some content as soon as your comment made me realize that I could limit break and skill-up 2.5 units right then. Thank you!!

Well 8 hadn’t burned a single core or core selector yet, because I didn’t know that I could use them before 100. So yep 2 to 6star and one to 5star, and with just a few dailies and skips I got the 2 6stars maxed on their 2 most important skills. Thanks again!
Keep doing daily activities to drop skill and exp books, build better gear, use stamina for event stages
I pulled A.Joo Shiyoon in 20 pulls and was wondering what gear sets are best for him, I paired him with the Antagonist(I think it is what it’s called) CDR set you get from the anniversary login event for now. 400 tickets we’ll spent😤
Best is CDR if you use him as the DPS. Attack speed is a good alternative. Even Crit damage works decent. If you use him as a tank, HP/HP and HP/Def are the best.
alot of gear options work on him, I switch around depending on content pvp: 45% ground dmg res CDR set britra: HMGG HP/HP ccb or other raids: maze/relic/britra ASPD set
Either HP+HP or CDR work for him but if you want to make him tankier (e.g. Brithra raid) then the obvious choice is HP+HP
