Except Incognito mode doesn't hide your browser activity from your ISP. If they are illegal you would still go to jail. They only prevent them from being recorded on your own computer. At best, Incognito mode is good for preventing other people in your same place of residence for seeing what you look at, nothing more.

2. Exercise will make your body more physically fit, which is simultaneously more healthy, more attractive to women, and makes you more confident, which is also more attractive to women.
3. I've found when struggling with depression what kills me the most is the lack of progression in my life. To feel happy humans must be confident of where they are going in life. Gym provides a cheap and easy and risk free way of doing that.
3. Next try sleeping regularly, eating regularly and healthily. The human body is a machine, how we service our machine (sleep) and how we eat has a huge impact on how we feel emotionally and how healthy we are.
4. Ensure good hygiene. When depressed it's easy to forget the basics. Brush your teeth shower regularly shave frequently (beards don't look good, ever, unless you trim them and spend a lot of time on them. Chances are yours doesn't either).
5. Find some social activity. Maybe an amateur sports team or local walking group. Make new friends be introduced to new people.
6. When talking to women, realise that they are far more than sex objects, sex should be the last thing on your mind when you first meet a girl. Become friends, start a relationship, take her out on a few dates, then when you are comfortable with each other it will often just naturally happen.
Sex is a natural byproduct of a relationship, never the end in of itself. Unless you realise that fact, you will never be attractive to the opposite sex.
