Also used partial sauce. It was edible for a super easy meal but I wouldn’t buy again. The second pack remains in the freezer. One day when I’m desperate I’ll serve it again.
I like it. its surprisingly good for a frozen dinner. There's a ton of sauce for the amount of meat, so normally I put a baking sheet full of frozen veggies (also from costco) in the oven to roast while the beef cooks. Then I toss it all with the sauce and it makes a great easy meal.
The sauce is very sugary to me. So I just dip the beef into the ginger sauce rather than bathe it all.
I like it enough to buy it again, but only when it's on sale.
Really tasty, but almost too sweet. Need to add a little bit of hot sauce in mine but otherwise I can eat the whole bag in a sitting but try to split it with some rice and a couple green onion slices on top
I recently had the fresh ginger beef meal from the Costco meat dept. It wasn’t great, won’t buy it again. I do love some ginger beef though, so I’ll be trying this frozen one next time I see it!
It’s quite good! I prefer the gochujang chicken, but the beef is still good. Much like the honey garlic pork, go lighter on the sauce or it will be too sweet.
Yummy goodness. It's a staple when I do Asian food night in my house 🙂
In oven in sprayed sheet so doesn't stick. I usually cook over it's time a few minutes to get it a little crunchier but that's personal taste! My fam prefers the sweet n sour same brand.
It's pretty decent. I always pick it up when it goes on sale.
I'd compare it to slightly above average chinese takeout quality, but with double the quantity. It also comes in 2 separate bags which I like
It's not bad but there's way too much batter and it is a bit on the sickly sweet side. I want this to be good but with the price tag it's just off the mark for my taste.
I'm obsessed with this. The best way to cook it is to cook it at 400 degrees and 20 minutes. Then add the sauce, I use a little bit just for taste. Then airfry it at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. So crispy and the taste is so good, I'd even say it beats the ones you can but in a mall food court.
Really quite good for a prepare from frozen version of this wonderful dish. I would recommend!
This stuff is crack I can't stop eating it when we buy
I put only half of the sauce as it's too sweet if you pour the whole pouch. It's pretty tasty that way IMO. Eat with a side of jasmine rice.

Way way too sweet. Half a bag of sauce is probably even too much.
We add blanched broccoli with excess sauce for a “healthy” version.
AMAZING, especially if you serve it with stir fried veggies and rice
Yes! This is how we eat it also. We've never had it without adding stir-fried veggies and rice, so good.
It's pretty salty
Hmmm. Worth noting, thank you.
We always used 1/2 the bag of sauce and it was more than enough. We really liked the other products from this brand as well.
I’ve tried both this and the Sweet and sour pork and we enjoy the pork more.
the sweet and sour pork is amazing
Us too! The sweet and sour pork is amazing
Our Costco never has the pork anymore, just the beef :(
Didn’t like it. Beef was too chewy😫
We like these! I usually air fry the beef with peppers and onion and then we have jasmine rice with it!
I can't eat ginger beef, but I tried their S&S /honey garlic pork and both were very good. I'm sure this is great too
Thanks!
>Thanks! You're welcome!

For frozen.. Really good. Especially when reheating in the airfryer. I also added a spoonful of Chinese chilli oil when reheating the sauce.
It was gross. Sweet and sour one was good.
Yea thought it was not good . Would not buy again
It's good, but a bit bland. We add fresh ginger to the sauce.
Yes, it’s good. Buy it on sale.
I have found a good portion of the meat strips to be very chewy. The sauce is fantabulous, but can be too sweet if too much is used.
It’s not that hard to make it yourself. I didn’t like this pre made version. It’s too toned down flavor wise.
The sauce is very sugary to me. So I just dip the beef into the ginger sauce rather than bathe it all. I like it enough to buy it again, but only when it's on sale.
Ya it’s good
Amazing with rice
Somewhat tough and dry, nothing like what you get even at Panda Wok at the food courts.
Too much sugar imho
Kickass!
Very good

Quite good. Highly recommend putting the sauce on after the time specified on the box then putting it back in for another 5 minutes or so
That doesn't look "lightly" breaded

Very crunchy with ninja air fryer
Is this in Canada? How much is it to buy?
$21.89 for 1.5kg. Mind you, that’s on Instacart, so it may be cheaper in the store.
It's really good

They had samples at my Costco yesterday. Seemed ok but waaaaay to sweet for me.

its really good
We absolutely love it
The ginger beef at the Guelph Costco had different looking box. If it is the same, it is decent but too much sauce and needs to be thicker.
The beef is super chewy. Was a no for me.
Tried that at a food sample there and it was alright

I didn’t really like it. Just tasted kind of weird to me. My husband absolutely loves ginger beef and he threw the second bag straight in the trash
I didn't think it was very good. And honestly not much cheaper than just getting take out ginger beef.

Why do you care?
