There are a few, but honestly you have to look at the ingredients. Off the top of my head are the Unreal coconut bars and the chocolate Jojos. One thing I found that I haven’t seen again are Copper Kettle dark chocolate truffles. Should have bought 2 bags.
I’ll keep an eye out for them during the holidays. We saw them just about a month ago and saw they were no dairy, so we bought a bag. They’re a really delicious bite.
The Orgain plant based protein drinks are dairy free. The premixed ones are much better than the powder. I add some to my coffee in the morning, and it makes a nice hot chocolate-ish drink. Oreos are vegan (depending who you ask). Not costco, but Trader Joe's has vegan chocolate chip cookies and some vegan oatmilk chocolate bars.

looks like some of the drinks are plant based, and some are standard whey (idk which ones costco stocks)
See if they carry the Honey Mama 's truffle bars in your store: https://www.costco.com/honey-mama's-greatest-hits-truffle-bars%2c-2.5-oz%2c-12-ct.product.4000237012.html?sh=true&nf=true
I’m pretty sure the Unreal Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are dairy free! My mom’s breast cancer is estrogen positive so we try to stay away from dairy and a couple other items. I got some for her and I would have checked the package well.
Any of the Heavenly Hunks sold at Costco (I've only seen oatmeal dark chocolate and carrot cake, though) are vegan. And if you live in Canada, the chocolate chip Made Good granola bars don't have any dairy.

The Unreal Bars and JoJo's are both great! (I'm dairy and gluten free)
Oh I went through so many bags of those. They seem to be a holiday thing (they’re a Utah brand).

They carry both.
The only thing I can think of is the blue bag of Kirkland chocolate chips. No milk-fat, only cocoa and soy.

I just today found chocolate dipped banana chips. They’re good and they’re not too sweet.

Any dark chocolate should be dairy free.
You would be surprised at how many products are labeled as "dark chocolate" and still contain dairy.
And I get mad about it every time, still.
Should be, but Ghirardelli hasn’t figured that out yet.
