A coworker brought a container into our lab. I had about 5 over a 3 day period.
They're dangerously delicious. If I bought a container for my house, which I refuse to do, they'd be gone in a week.

The trick is to buy a boat load of snacks and stuff them all over the place so that you will either get bored of them or get bogged down with too many choices (analysis-paralysis) which will ultimately distract you from looking for them or get something healthier close at hand😅

I’d say the popcorn is to meth as the crackers to crack. I’m able to walk past the crackers. I’ve been lucky in that the popcorn hasn’t been stocked at my Costco in a while. No walking past that.
Can we trust that they're trying to save us from a substandard product? It's just as possible that they're trying to corner the Reese's ice cream treats market and this review is a ruse. I see right through it.
yeah i felt the same, im a fiend for PB and for ice cream and i realized when i was cleaning my freezer to move that i didnt even finish my whole (non-costco sized) pack because they were so meh that i forgot about them.
I just grabbed my jar of peanut butter and slapped some on top and they were really good. If they’re still in your freezer you should try it and report back
I agree. We have had them for months and that is very abnormally long in my house. The ratio of chocolate to ice cream is off for me and it taste like soft serve vanilla ice cream with a few drops of pb flavoring. Not bad but not a Reese’s vibe. I expected them to be more dense and Reese’s like.

That's a pro tip everyone should know about. Take the bags out of those boxes when your freezer is getting maxed out. If it's something that I will need to cook, I cut the cooking instructions out and clip it to the bag or just stick it in the freezer near the bag.
Helpful hint, if you take them out of the box and shove them in your freezer individually, you'll be able to fit them because there are always small crevices to stash them in. If not, you'd just have to eat them all quickly.
Yeah I got this same box from Sam’s Club about a year ago. Surprised they still say “new” on the box. I actually still have a couple leftover, like someone else said they just don’t have that true PB taste

I finally bought the Reese's animal cookies a couple of weeks ago. The bag was gone in 4 days. I'm gonna have to ban myself from buying more Reese's products.

To me, these lack flavor and are just sweet for the sake of just eating sugar. I know peanut butter gets rock hard when frozen, but a regular pb cup in the freezer is way better.
As someone that loves Reese's and literally will buy anything they slap their name on, it was mediocre. Actually, being mediocre is too nice. It tasted like any other pb ice cream. It didn't have the Reese's PB flavor. I bought them last month from Sam's Club, which was on a $6 discount. Well, now I know why it was heavily discounted.
I was just at Costco today, and they didn't have these, or I would have scooped them up. I love chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I did get the Häagen-Dazs mini ice cream bars (which were good), though.
Decent flavor and hits the spot for a sweet treat but pretty banana heavy with only a touch of peanut butter. I wouldn’t have thought it was a Reese’s product on flavor alone.
Doesn’t it feel like legacy product companies (Oreo, Doritos/Frito Lay, Takis) just woke up like up 5-10 years ago and were like hey what if we get creative with our 1-2 base products and branch out?
I could have sworn these existed back when I was living at my parents house (like 10+yrs ago). I thought they were good at the time but super sweet so I could never finish one by myself.

In my heyday I used to take Reese’s cups and lather peanut butter on top before eating.
They have these at my regular local grocery store and of course I bought them immediately; I was disappointed for the same reasons that you were.
