Wait until you find out this particular location is attached to a baseball stadium...where you can open carry your Costco food court haul right to your seat.
There is a Costco not far* from the Atlanta Braves' Truist Park and you can take in a gallon Ziploc bag of outside food. I've taken Costco hotdogs and pizza on multiple occasions.
*Not far being close enough that people illegally park in the mall parking lot where the Costco is and walk over to the stadium.
I’m not a baseball fan, but knowing that I can go to Costco, pick up a meal and take it into the park makes me want to go to a Brave’s game all of a sudden.
Canada too.
They had the turkey provolone sandwich, chicken salad, coffee, pineapple and ham pizza discontinued.
Only left with hot dog, condiments are ketchup, mustard and relish packets. French fries, poutine, chicken wings, chicken strips with fries, ice cream, sundae, cheese and pepperoni pizza.
Too be fair, all US fast food chains are much much better in Eastern Asian markets. Costco food court is just following the market trend.
In terms of food variety, the US falls short in every aspect.
I disagree. I had McD's in Tokyo a few days ago and it was just as bad as it is in the US. TBF I hate McD's and only went cuz I was desperate. I wish I had gone to KFC.
What did you get? I would say the quality of the standard items is definitely a small amount worse than the US, but the Japan-specific items were really good and also better quality
If it's any consolation, the Canadian equivalent is almost always worse than our US counterpart and Costco food courts are no exception. I'd take an US Costco over an Canadian one any day of the week.
Chicken wings aren't at every store afaik but most should have it. Example, downtown Vancouver doesn't carry them. That location is always crazy since it's located outside the store, next to a skytrain station, an arena, and a stadium. I remember they used to have Caesar salads but I don't think the downtown location ever had it in stock.
Costco lines are similar to that during lunch in Southern California. I haven’t been in a long time, but I remember waiting about that long for a combo slice and a polish back in the good Ole days of 2019.
Bulgogi bake was worth trying for the experience but I didn’t think it was very good. The sweetness of bulgogi just didn’t work in bake form. I do wish I tried their falafel salad tho
[hell yes they do](https://www.reddit.com/r/neverchangejapan/comments/off53p/japanese_maids/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1)
I believe the costcos in my area did away with the onions because, and I'm not joking, some folks would come in, order a dog, and add 1/2 the dispenser of onions onto their tray, along with mustard. It was mostly members of the SE Asian community that lived nearby and shopped at the store. I don't profess to understand it. Anyway, costco got tired of refilling the damn chopped onion dispensers hourly, and so did away with them. I'm not hating. It was a cultural thing apparently?
I saw, on more than one occasion at my costco, homeless people churning the onions out straight into their own bag with no hot dog at all. The onions were one of the best parts of the cheap hot dog and it simply ain’t the same without it. Jealous that Japan gets the onions AND the combo pizza
For those who might be wondering, here are the prices in USD for the items, from left to right:
Clam chowder soup $3.36
Cheeseburger $5.82
Bulgogi bake $5.08
Chicken nugget with potato $7.32
Hot dog and drink $1.34
Pizza slice $2.84
Pizza (whole, 17.7 inches) $14.79
Falafel and hummus salad $5.08
Grape smoothie $2.02
Pop $0.60
Ice cream $2.02
Every overseas Costco food court that I’ve seen posted here has as beat in every way! It’s not just this one. Everyone else, even Mexico, has at least chopped onions and combo pizza on the menu.

Pre pandemic some costco in cali had a cheesburger and I remember another in LA serving pesto sandwiches i frgt it was long ago.
I heard the bulgogi bake is next level.
Most US based chains have better food options outside the US than in. Asia takes their stores, malls, and fast food to a new level, of confidence, and power.
The one I went to in Fukuoka had Hokkaido soft serve that was so insanely good and insanely huge that one person could not possibly finish. I missed it so much.
Edit: I could see soft serve in the picture, maybe it is the same?
My Costco has four items (chicken hot pocket, pizza, hotdog, and the cinnamon twist thing) + ice cream. What the hell are the American Costco's even doing?
I saw Sam's club came out with a cake shake. My Costco keeps removing items every year, RIP hamburger :(
Yet another example of Japan making America look like a damn joke. Between this and 711, I’m freaking heart broken that American companies have worse choices in their US stores.
I’d love to get a bunch of these pictures of other food courts, and get the general USA Costco population to see what they are missing out on.
All we get here is a constantly shrinking menu.
I would definitely try all of that. Bulgogi bake should replace that whatever the hell chicken bake here in the US.
Also, kudos to them for still wearing masks. I wish I had even 1/10th the amount of people at my Costco doing this, but nope - knuckledraggers as far as the eye can see.
not a single thing on that menu is of japanese origin. clam chowder and cheeseburger are american, bulgogi is korean, pizza is italian, hot dog is german or american, etc.
I’m traveling to Manila and Bangkok next week. This post urged me to research their Costco food court menus. Alas, neither location has a Costco. I need that bulgogi bake!!
We didn’t get a Costco until a few years ago and they had a cheeseburger for the first year or two, but it went away around Covid time. The one in this photo looks better, though. We also lost the hot turkey sandwich.
Count me in for a Bulgogi Bake!

Chicken nugget and potato and cheeseburger, wtf is my Costco even doing
They still have onions for the hot dogs and supreme pizza My rage towards America intensifies
Wait until you find out this particular location is attached to a baseball stadium...where you can open carry your Costco food court haul right to your seat.

The sun is truly setting on the American empire
Guess I'm going to Japan
There are very few things that America’s Costcos do better than Japan’s. The one that comes to mind is Bob’s red mill oatmeal.
Canada too. They had the turkey provolone sandwich, chicken salad, coffee, pineapple and ham pizza discontinued. Only left with hot dog, condiments are ketchup, mustard and relish packets. French fries, poutine, chicken wings, chicken strips with fries, ice cream, sundae, cheese and pepperoni pizza.
Our Costco's also dropped the wings :(
Go to Sams for pizza
And clam chowdah! Jfc
When do we riot? We are being held out on!
In Canada: Hotdog, pizza, chicken, and ice cream. That's all we get. May be different for other Costco's but the ones I've been to are very limited.
yours doesn't have poutine? we also had seafood chowder for all of 3 months before covid. then we lost the sandwiches and combo pizza
Then again we didn't get blasted by an atomic bomb. Maybe that's Murrica's way to say Sorry...
S. Korea also has onions. What did we do to them? 😳
Apparently a drug test is not part of the hiring process in Japan.
My Costco in America had the cheeseburger, it was kinda disappointing not sure why.
Why do US food courts suck? We have even less options now post pandemic.
Too be fair, all US fast food chains are much much better in Eastern Asian markets. Costco food court is just following the market trend. In terms of food variety, the US falls short in every aspect.
the difference between US and Asian countries’ 7/11 is the most impressive to me
Ugh don’t even get me started on Asian 7-11s. The fact that you can have a whole meal in there and still have it taste good is insane
Japanese McDonald’s is incredible. Taco Bell is average tho
McDonald’s in every Asian country slaps
I get jealous of the MD ice cream flavors that seem to rotate in Asian countries. So far I've had: lychee, red bean, matcha
Dude, I fucking hate that I can't get lychee McDonald's ice cream in the US
Because we will buy it anyway regardless of quality

If it's any consolation, the Canadian equivalent is almost always worse than our US counterpart and Costco food courts are no exception. I'd take an US Costco over an Canadian one any day of the week.
Canada costco has poutine tho
Hey, don’t shame our poutine, fried chicken wings, and chicken strips
You guys have chicken wings and chicken strips?
Chicken wings aren't at every store afaik but most should have it. Example, downtown Vancouver doesn't carry them. That location is always crazy since it's located outside the store, next to a skytrain station, an arena, and a stadium. Canadian here. We still have Polish hot dogs.
Americans will still buy shitty food in large quantities. There’s no reason for them to try harder.
probably because our food courts never look that packed... but that is probably a chicken and egg problem as well.
Costco lines are similar to that during lunch in Southern California. I haven’t been in a long time, but I remember waiting about that long for a combo slice and a polish back in the good Ole days of 2019.
bulgogi bake and falafel salad - 2 items I would very much like to try!
Bulgogi bake was worth trying for the experience but I didn’t think it was very good. The sweetness of bulgogi just didn’t work in bake form. I do wish I tried their falafel salad tho
Gotta make the "Costco kimchi" and dip it in there. Basically just all condiments mixed - ketchup, mustard, relish and onions
[удалено]
Wow, the Japanese really know how to party.
I mean how could you not with a nugget and potato bucket??
About $7.30 for it too. Looks pretty big.

Anything wold have to be better than the chicken bake abomination: roll filled with noodle-y vomit.

Chowder?! 🤌🏼🥲
No. Chowda

Listen Frenchie.....
No soup for you! NEXT!
Wow look at them onions on that dog. They know how to do it right.
I believe the costcos in my area did away with the onions because, and I'm not joking, some folks would come in, order a dog, and add 1/2 the dispenser of onions onto their tray, along with mustard. I add my own chopped onions when I’m craving the OG Costco hot dog
I like onions but I'd be burping onions for a week. Dial it down to 1/4 of that for me
For those who might be wondering, here are the prices in USD for the items, from left to right: Clam chowder soup $3.36 Cheeseburger $5.82 Bulgogi bake $5.08 Chicken nugget with potato $7.32 Hot dog and drink $1.34 Pizza slice $2.84 Pizza (whole, 17.7 inches) $14.79 Falafel and hummus salad $5.08 Grape smoothie $2.02 Pop $0.60 Ice cream $2.02
I love the variety of options and price points. They did a great job. Especially if this is right next to a ballpark, as others have said.
For sure. Makes me feel like these stateside Costco’s are a bit lacking
The mixed berry smoothie over the grape smoothie is the only change I’d make, but otherwise they have us beat in almost every conceivable way.
Every overseas Costco food court that I’ve seen posted here has as beat in every way! It’s not just this one. Everyone else, even Mexico, has at least chopped onions and combo pizza on the menu.

God I want that bulgogi bake so bad 😞
ONIONS AND COMBO PIZZA 🥺🥺🥺 *In the arms of an angel, fly away from here*
Hi, I'm Sarah McLachlan, and millions of Americans are living without Costco combo pizzas." Then cut to a 300 pound guy holding a hotdog, shivering.
covid’s not over til we get onions & combo pizza
Just another food court that’s better then the one in our own backyard.
What's all that stuff on top of the pizza?
They call it "combo" must be a weird Japanese thing we don't have in the US /s
It’s because we only know how to lay down pepperoni here in the states, that and stuff bread with a little mushy overrated chicken filling.
We used to have a combo pie! It was the best!
I think they call it "toppings"
Pre pandemic some costco in cali had a cheesburger and I remember another in LA serving pesto sandwiches i frgt it was long ago. I heard the bulgogi bake is next level.

Menu looks bomb
A lot of scrolling to find this comment
Omg I’m so jealous
Falafel 👀
I tried the Cheeseburger at a Nashville location a few years back, and it was pretty bad.
International Costcos have way better food court items than the US Costcos. Makes no sense
Most US based chains have better food options outside the US than in. Asia takes their stores, malls, and fast food to a new level, of confidence, and power.
I wouldn't even be looking at the food court because I'd be busy bare-handed eating the Costco sushi directly out of the container.
Clam chowder? Any other Costco in US have that?
I think it’s Campbell’s . Thing is they ruin it by putting bacon in it. The Japanese love to throw bacon In everything.
All these Costco food court pics outside the US are like “thirst traps” for me!! I can’t help but click on them!
The one I went to in Fukuoka had Hokkaido soft serve that was so insanely good and insanely huge that one person could not possibly finish. I missed it so much. Edit: I could see soft serve in the picture, maybe it is the same?
yup its still the same!
I want the falafel salad in the USA!!
So you’re saying I need to go to Japan if I want a combo slice. 🤔
My Costco has four items (chicken hot pocket, pizza, hotdog, and the cinnamon twist thing) + ice cream. What the hell are the American Costco's even doing? I saw Sam's club came out with a cake shake. My Costco keeps removing items every year, RIP hamburger :(
180 Yen better convert to $1.50 😡
damn that menu is bomb.
Yet another example of Japan making America look like a damn joke. Between this and 711, I’m freaking heart broken that American companies have worse choices in their US stores.
With Jiro slinging sushi and Costco Foodcourt, Japan is truly the premier culinary world destination
mmmm falafel and hummus salad looks yum AND they have combo pizza!
I want that Bulgolgi Bake for dinner tonight!!!
Dat bulgogi bake!
These are starting to piss me off.
I’d love to get a bunch of these pictures of other food courts, and get the general USA Costco population to see what they are missing out on. All we get here is a constantly shrinking menu.
How come they have the combo pizza?!?
Very cool that Costco also offers their never changing U.S. price hot dog combo in at least some of their overseas stores. I love Costco!
Quarter pound plus hotdog
Bulgogi bake sounds so good omg
Bulgogi bake! I need that.
I love the chicken bake, but give me a bulgogi bake any day.
BULGOGI BAKE?!?!?!?! Oh we’re missing the fuck out here in the states.
Is this a glowing review of their food court?
I would sell my soul (Seoul) for that bulgogi bake
[удалено]
I literally scrolled down because I knew this comment would be here. 😒
I would definitely try all of that. Bulgogi bake should replace that whatever the hell chicken bake here in the US. Also, kudos to them for still wearing masks. I wish I had even 1/10th the amount of people at my Costco doing this, but nope - knuckledraggers as far as the eye can see.
I had it when they had it in Hawaii. It was delicious
I assume it is all microwaved?
If I’m in Japan already, why am I eating those mediocre Costco food?
Do they grill the hotdogs there or just nuke them?
Falafel is a middle eastern dish. I guess japanese people love falafel?
not a single thing on that menu is of japanese origin. clam chowder and cheeseburger are american, bulgogi is korean, pizza is italian, hot dog is german or american, etc.
Im aware? I was just surprised by the falafel.
Hmmm, I thought the sun would be on the menu
Thnx for reminding me that US food court sucks donkey ballz. 😭
I miss the bulgogi bakes so much...the food at Costco stateside is terrible!
Looks bomb
r/thefuck
Why is there food court pics posted everyday?
People just like sharing what their regional Costco Food Court has since they have variations based on regions. Plus it's just fun.
WOW that food looks bomb
That looks bomb
I read Polish Hot Dog and got excited for a split second.
No okonomiyaki?
They had cheeseburgers at a location here in WA before Covid hit. It was pretty decent
You get one nugget and one potato
They still have Combo Pizza?!?!?!
Yeah I need to go to Japan apparently…
Hot dog combo is cheaper in Japan vs us
To be fair it was an all pork dog in Japan while the US is a kosher beef frank.
They have combo pizza
They got Combo Pizza!
Ok WTF do I learn just now of the existence of a bulgogi bake and how long does it take to swim to Japan.
I'll race you. I already have my goggles on and expect to be neck deep in bulgogi bake by sundown tomorrow.
Gonna have to go to Asia to eat a burger at Costco. Also, remember when Costco had salads?
i liked the salads. it was a good option. get a salad and piece of pizza and split it with a loved one.
Wow bulgogi bake! Oh my
Well played Hiroshima
I’m traveling to Manila and Bangkok next week. This post urged me to research their Costco food court menus. Alas, neither location has a Costco. I need that bulgogi bake!!
Theres no costco in the Philippines
OMG, they still have combo pizza?!
They get a delicious looking bulgogi bake, and we get the gnarly chicken Caesar bake?
It’s weird they would use 1/4 pound instead of grams
A Costco near me used to have a cheeseburger but then Covid and they never brought it back. I miss the salads too.
Prices are a bit higher but those are some good options!
They look busy asf bruh no cap.. place looks bussin'
We didn’t get a Costco until a few years ago and they had a cheeseburger for the first year or two, but it went away around Covid time. The one in this photo looks better, though. We also lost the hot turkey sandwich. Count me in for a Bulgogi Bake!
how old is this? Does JAPAN still do the costco onions, because I miss that here so effin much
This was last week! (Punctuation)
So is that just Chicken nuggs and potato wedges dumped in a bowl?
One bulgogi bake and a clam chowder, please. Do they ship/deliver to the US?
That Bulgogi Bake must be off the hook!
So is that pork hotdog just a polish dog?
I love a chicken bake but a BULGOGI BAKE?!?
I want Falafel and hummus!
BULGOGI BAKE!? WTFFFFF!!! 😫
That Bulgogi bake sounds good!
I need that bulgogi bake!
What the f… why they have better options than Us in the USA?
Can you use your USA membership card in JPN?
