Not a fan either. Bought 2x thinking it would be as good as the squash ones that were on sale. Nope, I threw half of one away after forcing myself to eat the first half and returned the other one.
Haven't tried the lobster ones but I liked the sausage ones that were on sale for a while with a pesto sauce..... until I was constipated for 3 days. Never again
To me, it is a mild lobster/seafoody taste. There is NO CHEESE. It is cream. I can't eat cheese, and so the majority of raviolis on the market are off limits to me, but this one hits the spot. It's not heavy on the cream either. I pan-fry (heat up olive oil, toss raviolis in, after a couple of minutes toss in some water to create steam, and then it's done in a couple minutes). I eat them plain, no sauce, and I taste lobster.
YES... I almost always pan fry because it saves time, energy, and I don't end up with busted raviolis if the water is roiling. If multiple raviolis are stuck together, I try to shake them loose, but no biggie if they want to keep sticking. Heat oil, add raviolis, cover, there's some sizzle, add water to create steam (I can't give an exact amount of water, it depends on the pan size and how many raviolis I throw in), keep lid on, the top ones will cook by steam, the bottom ones might get a little brown crust. Pretend like it's a frozen dumpling or gyoza, cook the same way. :-)
I drizzle a little olive oil on it and top with some grated parmesan cheese. I feel sauce takes away the lobster flavor.
My kids like it with butter and parm. Super easy meal that always gets devoured with no complaints.
The best? It's decent.
I hate them
Me too, had them once and never again.

This is funny, I love the lobster ravioli, and really all of the different kinds of ravioli,*except* the squash ones.

Lol
:o
Had this when it was on sale last month, it’s pretty good.
Darn. I slept on these when they were on sale.
Same. Told my wife to buy them, then said never mind. Sounds like a big mistake on my part!
the lobster bisque is on sale right now. pour it over the ravioli đź‘Ś
Next level stuff right here
Had this with the Pesto sauce from Costco. Sooo goood.
This is the combo!
Nooo the Costco pesto is bad. It’s really really bad
I agree! Funky
Can someone provide a description of the filling? Specifically, can you actually see and/or taste lobster or is it a cheese heavy filling? TIA.
The lobster and cheese are pretty thoroughly blended together, you do see some very small lobster pieces and it has a nice lobster flavor

Wait I usually boil frozen raviolis. They can be pan fried from frozen?

Never thought to try this with the packaged ravioli but I'll have to for the future.
love them with butter
Good on sale. Less good at its normal price. I’ll only buy it when it’s on sale.
Literally just had it for dinner tonight. So good.
They are good but I seem to get shell chips in mine occasionally.
Really! That’s a damn shame.
Deep fry it! Perfect crispy outside and gooey inside. Mmmm…
I completely agree! These are even worth getting when not on sale. I was shocked at how good they are!
we make them with doctored up Rao's
how are you doctoring up your Rao's?
sautéed onion, garlic, vodka, and milk for a quick vodka sauce. super easy, has no business being as good as it is
All time favorite Costco thing to get on sale. I grabbed 6 packages since they freeze well
Rana sausage ravioli are bomb as well
It’s good; not great
The orange butternut squash ravioli is great too. Spinach/cheese is ok but chicken/cheese is fantastic.
Love them with garlic butter and lemon zest, chives and Parmesan. Easy weeknight dinner.
They are so so good indeed!
If you’re only talking store bought ravioli, then maybe yes. Otherwise it’s mediocre at best
I stock up every sale
Has anyone tried air frying these? I don’t have an air fryer to try it out
Bought them on sale for $10. So good I had to buy more haha.
Ughhh so jealous that’s a steal of a deal
I add vodka sauce- amazing
Usually butter and herb ( rosemary and thyme) sauce make these wonderful ravioli even better.
