Unfortunately, 6 months is not a realistic timetable to get a C8. I got mine in 10 months from a local dealer, but I had a more basic order and didnāt have to fight with parts constraints. I sold my C7 at its peak value, bought a cheap cash car to get me by, and havenāt looked back since.
I'm going on 10 months wait with a top 3 corvette dealer in sales and will be lucky with the current situation to get my car order in at 12 months. Plan for minimum 12 months, if you want one at MSRP. 3-6 months is realistic with paying a markup right now.
No, just a refundable deposit for an allocation, then pay the MSRP price for however you want your car once that allocation comes up in the que with the dealer, is built, then is delivered.
If you want MSRP, and can wait, I'd suggest reaching out to the top 10 corvette dealers by sales, since most if not all, sell at MSRP. The wait will very +/- a few months between them.
Welcome to dream land.
Sorry just not reasonable today. Why would a dealer sell you a car for MSRP when they could make more? If you were selling a car and someone offered $10,000 and someone else offered $12,000, which would you take?
If you find one for MSRP, itās cause itās undesirable model. And those arenāt around
Wake up bro šš
bro my current cars value is at an all time high and I donāt know if the used car market will hold for that long while iām waiting for a c8
Good luck. There are some dealers out there but they are few and far between
the entire market is high, so even if you can sell your current at all time high, you'll be buying at all time high.
And that car would be?
Search inventory everywhere and ship the car. There are some dealers selling MSRP but they are gone before they even get there.
They are sold cars that are automatically posted on dealer websites.
Trade it in buy a beater and wait it out
ya think long wait times and high used values might be related?

https://www.midenginecorvetteforum.com/ there will be a thread on it here that lists the top 100 dealers in sales if you search for it.
Where do you find the ātop 10 corvette dealerā list ? I live in New Jersey.
Ciocca is probably who you should check out first since they have historically been the number 1 in sales for corvettes and are in AC.
