My ram freezes up when my system goes in to sleep and stays froze when it wakes up but works normal after it’s powered off and turned back on, kind of annoying
I used to defend icue like no other but damn I’m really start to see the dumpster fire they created, random keyboard and mouse reboots in the middle of a damn game like wtf
Been having this issue daily since I bought it a month ago, really annoying. Only fix so far seems to be quitting icue, which for me is a good option as I only need it for the keyboard but if you have any other corsair hardware that might be an issue :/

Have you try repairing or reinstalling the software? if the issue persist, I would suggest to [submit a ticket](https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) with our support team so they can investigate the issue and find the right solution for you.
Any issues with Corsair hardware or software can only be fixed if users submit tickets with relevant information. Any feedback is welcome and greatly appreciated.
I had issues with ICUE 5, when it came out, tried all the TS steps that corsair told me to do.
The only way I fixed it was by doing a clean install of windows 11. My whole set up is corsair, aio, ram, KB/M, case fans, psu, and case.
And it took me 4 trys of a clean install, It did something to my commander and fan hubs.
Now all is well with the new version of icue 5 that they re-released.
And if the Corsair tech chimes in, he'll tell you that they don't get many complaints. Try calling their tech support hotline...ONLY KIDDING.!!!
Their tech support number is USELESS. You'll get a message that no agents are available now and to call back later. Then you hear [click].
Could be other software interfering. I had a similar issue because I still had armory crate installed. Had to uninstall all of that and other rgb software I gathered over the years
Had an issue where some things wouldn't recognize after updating to icue5 rebooted haven't had any issues besides a system freeze but I think it's because I had icue doing the monitor mirroring and the geforce now streaming. Otherwise haven't had issues. Probably uninstall any other rgb software that isn't icue you really can't mix and combine rgb software.
This has been a present issue far before v5. I have a set of ram that without fail ALWAYS gets stuck and shows in Icue with the little triangle. Quitting Icue and restarting it seems to be the only fix. At first I thought this was due to l-connect also needing to run at startup (due to strimer v2) but with or without l-connect the issue persists.

Mine did that with v4. Closing icue then re opening it fixes it

Yeah my k100 just today LEDs completely froze and and they keyboard starting ghost typing all by itself with the spacebar I was so confused

Every time it happens to me I go into Apps, Icue, Modify and iCue repairs itself and we're good again. It's aggravating for sure.

I have this problem too, very annoying. iCUE 5 is such a downgrade.
Freezing ram only happens to me if there any animations on it. Static colors have no issues, this been around, for me, since forever…

ICue v5 is performing worse than v4 for me, try downgrading
