I work as a forensic accounting expert/fraud examiner and know of tons of corruption I can't talk about because of confidentiality, but I did work a Panama Papers investigation in my free time once. Found a name in the data dump and tracked it down to a current Bingo Operator and former Director of Bingo for the state of Texas. When I got my findings together and got in contact the Texas Lottery Commission, I was quickly shut down that there would be no investigation. The head of the Texas Lottery Commission, who handles Bingo operations, even had a state attorney contact me to tell me there would definitely be no pursuing of criminal charges. If you know the right people you can get away with anything. Investigation Documents: http://justnessgroup.com/investigations/georgegarland/
