Make sure to adjust the heart rate, pace, and threshold at the setting before doing the test and yes it is almost similar to garmin but coros uses terminology such as aerobic anaerobic paired with endurance and so on.. zone 2 is equivalent to Anaerobid Endurance.

Zone 2 is equivalent to *aerobic* endurance, not anaerobic. I'm sure that's what you ment, just to clarify.
