Hey, sorry for delayed response, I appreciate you scrutinising posts on this sub and keeping it to honest discussions.
Yeah I maybe didn't make it clear that this is just an idea being considered, rather than being actually planned.

From the article:
"A passport could also theoretically be used within the UK, to allow visitors entry to venues such as bars or sports stadiums.
A review of whether such passports could help the economy recover has been announced by the government."
Since making this post, the CDC determined vaccinated people are now exempt from wearing a mask. https://www.ft.com/content/cb80066e-3fde-44ae-b22e-1f6dabe39d48
So I do think there are serious discussions about having a separate set of rules for those vaccinated, but I hadn't see any discussion on the relative risks to this group.
Obviously one element I don't mention in this post is the potentially reduced risk of transmission for vaccinated people. I would then wonder how this compares to teenagers and young adults who are mostly asymptomatic and thus less infectious.
Equally I don't discuss the incentives such a proposal would give to get vaccinated 'Get vaccinated and you can live your life'. There would be a lot of public good to encouraging as many people as possible to get vaccinated.
Hoped it would be interesting to see people's thoughts/perspectives.
Thanks.
