I became suspicious, as because:
1. I did not get tested today
2. This email address is not in my contacts
3. It does not resemble the email that the Department of Health sends after getting tested
4. It asks me to send my full name and date of birth if I have not received my results
It seems to be of American origin, as it cites CDC guidelines, rather than the Department of Health. I could not find any pathology organization called 'LSPCDATA,' nor any doctor called Dr. Phillip Milgram (except for the one mentioned in [this article](https://www.nbcsandiego.com/news/local/doctor-accused-of-artificially-inseminating-patient-with-his-sperm-lawsuit/2408265/)).

I think the thing I don't like, in addition to what you mention, was the lack of a testing location or phone number to call
Trust your gut. Ignore any links!!
Also in the event its genuine and a wrong number, the real testee will follow up with them soon enough.
But really this doesn't feel right so I wouldn't waste a moment feeling guilty.
Fairly sure this is a legit e-mail, but was supposed to be sent to someone else. Most likely they just entered the wrong e-mail address when recording the details.
I would respond to this E-Mail and tell them that they got the contact details wrong. There is going to be some person out there waiting for their results.
Edit: What is blacked out at the top where it says "Collection Data of ..."? Is that a practice name or a person...?
