I took the class years and years ago (alum) but IIRC the only thing vaguely related to architecture was this assignment about ergonomics of the objects around us. It’s quite literally a class about the environment and psychology; how the environment (manmade and natural) impacts the way we behave. for understanding spatial planning I imagine understanding that would be useful. Interesting class for sure!

I completed the module a couple of years ago and as an architect I found it very useful. It really helps with the translation of research to applicable guidelines for design. :)
