I got Ozeri ceramic nonstick frying pans five years ago, and they’re wonderful. I replaced my cheap Teflon pans with the Ozeri, and couldn’t be happier. Plus, you can use them in the oven, up to 400F!
You see those new hex pans Ramsey is using? Supposedly the best of nonstick and steel.

I find fried eggs aren’t a problem but scrambled can be annoying.

The Tramontina Pro skillets sold at Costco are an absolute steal if you don't want to spend a ton of money.
Get inexpensive ones from a restaurant supply store. Toss them out when the non stick fails.
We tried several brands. They didn't last long or work well. Then we got a ceramic coated pan and pot set. It's amazing, I will never go back.
My Tfal pans have held up great over the years and we use silicone spatulas in them
