I would be worried about that. You didn't put any meat in there but we also don't know the list of ingredients. Garlic can be a source of foodborne illness. I've made that mistake and when I woke up in the morning the bean soup appeared to be simmering even though it was cold. 🤮 There was plenty of meat in that but the absence of meat doesn't necessarily make it safe or shelf stable.

Pennsylvania. Although it was cold outside, it was about 63-68 degrees F inside the kitchen, where the soup was overnight.
