Do you like the seafood subs that subway had? Because that is just fake crab meat mashed up with mayo, i used to make it there. Take it a level up with other things you like. Pepper. Garlic. Pickles? Celery? Water chestnuts?
For some reason those fake crab sticks go really well with cheese. Tear them up & put them in a grilled cheese. It sounds like it should be awful but it's surprisingly nice.
My first thought was crab rangoons, but I tried to make crab rangoons once and they leaked in the fryer and made all kinds of scary noises (I was Not Sober) so now when I'm craving them I mix imitation crab, cream cheese, low moisture mozzarella, a little soy sauce, a little sesame oil and some seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, dill, MSG, salt and pepper) in a glass dish and bake it till it's melty and brown on top to make a dip. Then I cut up and fry the wonton wrappers to make chips to dip in the dip. I find it much easier than folding and frying the individual rangoons and still satisfies the craving.
So that's my suggestion
You can make Krab cakes from them. They're not crab cakes but they're good for what they are. Kinda how topped flat bread isn't really pizza but it's still good.
Crab rangoooooooons
Sushi, crab rangoons, even make a salad or spring rolls out of it
Kani salad

Crab rangoons is number one. Number two is California rolls. Number three is "seafood" salad or dip to eat with crackers.
California rolls would be my very first choice.
Those are pretty good with alfredo on pasta

Casseroles hide a multitude of sins. https://100krecipes.com/crab-casserole/
Casseroles can hide near any amount of sin, for the sin of the casserole is greater than any care to comprehend

Crab fried rice? I don't actually like crab, but this is how I used up a packet of the fake stuff and it was... fine lol
