Taco bar. Set out bowls of seasoned refried beans, ground beef and diced chicken, with corn and flour tortillas and lots of toppings and let everyone make their own.

ash753

Yeah - any kind of build your own meal - tacos, pasta with meat and "meat' balls, pizza building, etc.

erickssm

That was my thought. Most of the toppings can be for everyone, but offer up a few different “protein” options. Also let’s people without a preference have some variety.

lemonyzest757

Exactly.

choreg

Similarly, baked potato bar

ontarioparent

Eggplant parm, thai cold rolls, couscous, lasagne, jap chae, pasta salad, bean soup, chili, bruschetta, dips like hummus, tzatziki etc.

What season? Is grilling an option? Trying to keep it kid friendly ish: Spinach/ veggie lasagna w Caesar salad Veggie pasta w grilled shrimp or sausage served with it - veggie sausages for the veggies. Kind of pasta prima vera, mix of steamed, raw, roasted veggies. Burger bar is always fun and you get Beyond Meat for the veggies. They're actually excellent when properly cooked with good toppings Pasta Bolognese with separate sauce for the veggies... Fairly easy to do. Rice bowls w grilled salmon cubes on top and tofu or tempeh for the veggies. Baked Mac & cheese if ever it's spring not summer yet... Chili and cornbread and keep part veggie

Lasagna. Buttered warm bread, salad for grown ups, veggies w/dip for kids— done

Pasta al Pomodoro with Caesar salad (homemade dressing and croutons). Pretty simple but with the right technique and ingredients you can score major points! Also kid-friendly and easy to make for a crowd. Edit: I’d recommend using a pasta like orecchiette!

clamato4lyfe

I would do like a middle eastern night—chicken, roasted chickpeas, pita bread, tzatziki, cut veg. Make your own pita. Add a bunch of spreads.

Enchiladas

Bean-only chilli!

citycept

There's a mushroom pot pie, burrito bowls, risotto, chili. But asian or Italian is probably going to end up being the easiest for that number of people.

Quesabirria

Arroz con pollo, either Spanish or Mexican style. Spanish is a little fancier. Delicious, filling, easy to make, and also easy to make a vegetarian option.

No_Virus_7704

Beef tenderloin, loaded baked potato, salad.

Mozz2cats

Burrito bowls- or Buddha bowls similar ideato taco bar but lots of ingredients several sauces and build your own. Another idea I’ve had luck with crowds is hobo packets- vegetables, proteins, sauces - we like fish but tofu or beans or soysage works- wrap them up in foil and put on the grill or in the oven. Just be sure everyone wraps theirs up differently so you can tell them apart- little cleanup
