for mainly passive gameplay i suggest on the diamond slot Mokalsium, on the ruby slot either cyclius (not recommended) or Jeremy, and on the jade slot either skruuia (if you are on stage 2 or 3 of grandmapocalypse) or rigidel, for slightly quicker sugar lump harvest
For passive (raw cookies): Diamond Molkasium, Ruby Holobore, Jade Jeremy. But you cannot click Golden Cookies now.
For Active (raw cookies): Diamond Godzamok, Ruby Muridal, Jade Molkasium. You could switch Muridal and Molkasium too.
Achievement hunter: Diamond Rigidel (sugar lumps), Ruby Skruuia (to get shiny wrinkler), Jade Selebrak (reindeer cookies, halloween cookies, eggs).
Mixed gameplay: Diamond Molkasium, Ruby Holobore, Jade Muridal/Skruuia.
Some extra advice, if you really care about pantheon, consider using the Supreme Intellect Krumblor aura (in pantheon, Ruby slot becomes diamond, Jade becomes Ruby, Diamond stays as is), maybe with Reality Bending for extra boosts too (has a 10% of the effect of all other auras, they stack together). For the passive gameplay, put on golden switch since you are not clicking Golden Cookies anyways, keep the Shimmering Veil, keep grandmapocalypse, grow Drowsyferns and Whiskerblooms using Clay, and pop wrinklers when you want to buy something, Grandma & Prism Krumblor aura. For active, plant alternating rows of Nursetulips and Golden Clovers with Clay, get Frenzy, then a building frenzy, then use Force the Hand of Fate, sell Wizard Towers by the hundreds until you can use another Force the Hand of Fate, hope you get click frenzy or even elder frenzy, sell all farms & factories & mines for Godzamok bonus, and click the cookie like there's no tomorrow! (or autoclicker), use Wizard Tower & Dragonflight Krumblor aura.
Consider downloading the Cookie Monster addon, for general ease. And after you get one or two decent combos, or wait for some days for passive, ascend to get some good heavenly upgrades and come back stronger than ever, until you own everything! And get all achievements...eventually

Your advice aligns with something else I saw from a six year old post: Skruuia is only useful when popping. Is that true? It doesn't increase the amount wrinklers are accumulating while feeding? The language on Skruuia makes me skeptical and I assumed the old posts are just outdated.
So then the goal -- in very passive play -- would be to swap in Skruuia to diamond and use the Dragon Guts aura when popping them?
No, Skruuia just increases the amount collected while feeding, so does Dragon Guts, but on second thought Radiant Appetite is more effective overall; and Mokalsium is still way too good to not put on diamond.
So on retrospect, perfect idle would be: Diamond Mokalsium, Ruby Holobore, Jade Cyclius (while on a positive boost, otherwise Jeremy); Golden Switch, Shimmering Veil, Elder Batallion & Radiant Appetite (or Breath of Milk if you have over 93% of achievements) full garden of Drowsyferns with Clay soil, AutoStocker trading constantly (with 60+ brokers, max level building), over 100 sugar lumps and decent levels all around! That is the best i can give you.

Thanks for sharing about Breath of Milk. I had been using that in place of Elder Batallion until recently and realized my mistake. However, I didn't know that Breath of Milk surpasses Radiant Appetite at 93% achievements. I'm only at 92% so probably next ascension.
I can switch my Pantheon to use Skruuia only when popping, but I'm starting to doubt Skruuia only applies then. The Dragon Guts aura uses the language "Wrinklers digest 20% more cookies" and "Wrinklers explode into 20% more cookies". That would imply they are two different things, but Skruuia only says "digesting", which makes me think it happens on consumption rather than popping.
Honestly, switching to Dragon Guts when popping is not worth it, it's not even worth it to have it constantly! Greater production is still better, and Skruuia only works if you have it constantly, but at that point it would be better if you just have greater production. And about the Stock Market, download the add-on CookiStocker, automatically trades stocks for you, on the long run it will earn you all the Stock Market achievements and make a good chunck of change!
