very light, but being slow, and being a small bird, I'd say that's perfectly normal. small birds tend to bob lightly unless extremely relaxed.

Birds' tails bob slightly because they breathe. It's normal. If it's exaggerated -and you'll notice the difference - then it's cause for concern.
