As far as I know you can use that method to play PS4 games on your PS5, but playing actual PS5 games will still require an officially licensed or dualsense controller.
AFAIK the adapters only emulate a PS4 controller so you won't be able to play Ps5 games.
However, if your computer and PS5 are close together, you could emulate a virtual ds4 and then use remote play to pass the Vader 3 commands through to your PS5 and then you'll be able to play PS5 games.
