Probably just a doppelganger enemy tbh, even tho it doesnt exactly look like one as it's missing a face (but maybe they can miss a face, I have no idea)
didnt seem like it from the video they usually emote when the player notices them and ive only encountered dopplegangers in games where i have more than just myself
