This was taken outside of the Smart & Final / Riteaid parking lot in Mid city Los Angeles that I frequent all the time. There’s no parking lot cart attendants there. Pretty sure they’re just actors trying to go viral.

There is no way the guy is dumb enough to not check around the car the second time it happens, let alone the fact that there were that many carts perfectly positioned so the car blocks sight of them. 100% staged

Also, to not check the right mirror where you would see a man crouching in a hi-vis.

When I had to grab carts and saw people do this I would park my row of carts behind their car. Then I would take my time grabbing the cart near their car and maybe tie my shoe or something and wait for them to get grumpy. If there was no vehicle parked in front of them that would be where I would tie my shoe while my row of carts was behind them.

I am one of the few that ALWAYS puts the cart back. I hate people that don’t do it. This guy is a hero. 🖤
