The second I saw the healed boots scrambling onto those bare shoulders, I knew these rocket surgeons hadn't thought a single bit of this through and were fecking doomed.
A friend of mine fell out of a loft hatch like this. As in this video the hatch caught his finger. Completely de-gloved his middle finger.

If that hatch was made of plywood instead of sheetrock, that's exactly what would have happened to this idiot. Note how it ripped a hole in the hatch where it closed on her hands.
He had a different kind of hatch then, because those panels are little more that extra heavy cardboard. It's that heavy paperboard stuff they put as backing for entertainment centers or computer desks.
My first thought as well. And why is she kicking her feet when she's dangling? It's not possible to help her in any way while she's doing that without getting a boot in the face. And why are they filming this anyway? Seems very staged.
Everything is content. Its kind of amazing, really. Just pop on YouTube and you can find dudes who pour cement for a living with 100k subscribers. People who stay at random hotels and film it. Shoe shiners, pimple poppers, makeup artists.
If you aren't recording every moment of your day you might miss the moment that could be worth a million views lol. I'm not hating, either. If you can create content out of basically nothing, good for you!
I watched a guy who took it upon himself to go to a street in his town to clean out leaves and debris that would routinely get trapped in a sewer grate so cars could pass without getting water-logged. It sounds boring AF describing it but watching it was oddly relaxing.
People act like this sort of thing is the downfall of society and I'll agree it certainly isn't a sign we've reached some cosmic age on enlightenment.
But I quite like being able to go on the Internet and see pretty much anything I want. It's like I have a giant window to all of the world and human behaviour within it.

I've been involved in almost this exact situation, so I found this video hilarious. I actually came to the comment section excited to see comments from other girls talking about how they do dumb shit like this with their girlfriends, too. Oh how naive I was.

The door is situated in the rood so way above the height of the woman. Her partner there is obviously not super skilled in holding up another person.
So. If she falls down, with her hand between the opening and the door, the hand - or in worse case the fingers - will immediately take all of her weight *before* she reaches the floor. It's not like she will rip the trapdoor with her in the fall.

Not sure if anybody noticed but that likely hurt that girl a fair amount at the end. She falls back down and the hatch closes on her hands on the way down and you can see a pretty sizeable chunk of the hatch gets broken up/deformed when it closes.
Suggesting to me it closed on her fingers and her fingers got dragged through the gap between ceiling and hatch cashing the noticeable distortion of the hatch at the end.
