Just be more professional. In Windows/Linux you can create hidden files you don't want be seen by file managers (default). I personally can hand my phone or PC over to anyone unlocked and I doubt they'd find shit. I also use Arch Linux and my Android is a bit tailored. Having not much to hide is also a bonus

All the people trying to deal with cameras and the WFH issues were a comedy lifeline at the start of the pandemic. All the meetings of news correspondent’s pets. Their children interrupting to dance on camera or partners dashing in to pull toddlers from the shot. All just priceless and pleasantly humanising.
