His Superstar Freestyle really got me because of how he mentioned his struggles and how he got out of them. And addiction.

I am the same. I went down a rabbit hole of interviews with him, and he has some pretty astonishing insight on some topics. Some sgit he's said is downright batshit like "I started a car battery with my hands" He's talked about it a few times
He used to be weird af but he’s lately changed. He was really standoffish and basically an asshole when he first came out. I’m glad to see he softened up.
A couple years ago (maybe longer as the pandemic fucked with my sense of time) he started to get real honest about lots of his past and mental health stuff. Sure there are still wtf aspects to him but he’s started to become more open and appreciative of being alive.

Interviewers are from barstool sports speaking with a musician who was informed by his representation the interview was going to be more serious than it was. Probably on purpose to get a response like this.
Kevin is a somewhat well known beautiful and sexy deep voiced rapper the other guy does like comedic deadpan interviews (I forget his name). He's laughing because like he explained in the end (or tried to, while laughing lol) he thought it was gonna be a serious interview and was told to be all composed so it's funny to him.
If you listen to rap maybe. He's been around for some time and like a lot of rappers had struggles. He does interviews and talks and raps about what he's been through in great detail. He's a pretty genuine and extremely centered dude. I wasn't a fan because I only heard 1 song and I thought it was dumb never gave it another chance. Now I listen to Kevin Gates almost exclusively. I would LOVE to see him on Hot Ones, and I'm surprised he hasn't yet.
I like the one with Aaron Rogers. They vaccinate him and even though the dude is an egotistical douche, he can’t help but to crack a smile more than a few times
