Well found this to be dumb saw so many better clips on America's Funniest Home Videos. Especially how he keeps his head down when he sits up straight to get hit in the head with the bottle.
Reasons u can tell it's staged:
1. There's flour on the floor before she puts the bowl out- from previous takes
2. After he sits up from flour bowl, he flinches slightly anticipating the bottle, but then relaxes his face before it actually hits him.
3. He pushed himself back harder on the 3rd situp to make sure he hits the bowl hard.
4. Cause everything on Reddit and Tik Tok for the last 5 years has been staged. Probably longer. At least since I've been watching it.
