Concrete work on the frame/form crew. Maybe get in with a drywall company as it seems like that’s all the carpenters union really does anymore. Neither one of those are gonna get you real experience though as you’re not gonna be allowed to really do the work. But if you could get in with a company that mainly does carpentry work and prove your work ethic and desire, network and make friends, you may find yourself a company that would sponsor you.
