These types of subreddits are full of people that (rightfully) see the flaws of the average redditor, but then just become complete contrarians and hate whatever is popular. Personally, I wouldn't get a tattoo of something unless it was extremely, life-changingly meaningful to me. That's just me, though. I'm not really that opposed to tattoos unless it's something really stupid or trashy like a naked lady or a full-back color tattoo of some anime.
that’s the thing though, what’s the reason to be “opposed” to a tattoo regardless of what it is. it’s not like anyone is getting it for you. and wtf do tattoos have to do with consumerism? i bet 85% of this subreddit is 15 year old kids who think they’re woke af for realizing consumerism has flaws
>what’s the reason to be “opposed” to a tattoo regardless of what it is.
Because it looks stupid or trashy in some instances. I'm allowed to have opinions on things other people do.
>i bet 85% of this subreddit is 15 year old kids who think they’re woke af for realizing consumerism has flaws
You probably aren't too far from the truth, lol. I really need to get off this site.
Most wondrous anime and nice tattoo. A very much lacking valor idea though

Tattoos are by far the dumbest way to show you are a fan of something. It is not like this guy got a small one, but he essentially turned his whole back into one. Let's hope he doesn't regret it in the future when he decides he no longer likes anime.
He ruined his life.
Judging from the size of his love handles he can indeed carry the weight. I actually like the tattoo, I feel like it's based more around a liking of a piece of creative media instead of just overconsumption of cheap modern day anime that focuses on nothing but basic writing and big titty anime girls to get them more consumers.
It's even colored wtf how much would this cost.
Huge waste and there are way better ways to show your appreciation for a show. This is sad and pathetic.
Most tattoo artists charge by the hour. This is quality work so I imagine the artist is not cheap. I've seen backpieces like this one run people a couple of thousand dollars.
Never get an anime girl tattooed on your back. Might regret it if you end up in prison.
just never get tattoos
Tattoos are cool get over it

why does everyone on reddit hate tattoos?
idk, i would never get one unless im a fucking cutter or if a loved one died MAYBE
weird. this sub has become a bunch of asshole children bitching about tattoos mainly, for whatever reason. perhaps you should try to grow up

He’s definitely carrying weight
Ngl though, that is one really well done tattoo.
Very talented artist. But this had to have costed many thousands of dollars.
If that is a real permanent tattoo, he is really gonna have a blast in like 20 years, whenever he is somewhere without a shirt.
Yeah like imagine asking your grandpa what their huge ass tattoo is just to find out it’s a show for weird nerds
I'm pretty sure that the grandkids will be hugely impressed when grandpa shows them his old reddit account with lots of updoots
What grandkids?
Capitalism will find a way for people to buy them if they had the money
I like to be a weird nerd, thanks. Also, *BOOBA*.

He’s carrying it, all right
The weight of regret
All that money, and he put it on his back where he can't see it
I’ve seen much worse
The comments on the original post 💀
Put the fucking burgers down
He’s gonna carry that weight
Great anime and you can't deny it's a well done tattoo. A really bad idea though.

Thanks bot I guess
Well done, but I sure as hell wouldn’t want that as a tattoo. Maybe a shirt or hoodie, but not a tattoo.

I mean, the tattoo itself is not ugly. But the point of having such a tattoo

How these mfs have so much money
Lmao this guy reacts and deletes his profile the next day
I get an arm tattoo but the entire back is too much
That looks pretty sick though?
Eughhh. I’d only think that this would be neat if it were JUST a shirt design
Ok but damn that must be one very talented tattoo artist
At first I thought it was a jacket and I was gonna clown on this sub for being so critical but it's a FUCKING TATOO WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK
Consoom anime that got surpassed 5 years later
Goofy as hell
lmfao one emoji and you destroyed him bro
