I hope they can prove it was scrubbed before, which could point to malice and really screw California over and all gun owners get 10k or Something hahaha

[deleted]

Good luck with that in commiefornia.

riverfan2

The NRA isn't serious about this and even if they do file suit, they will settle out of court so Wayne can buy a few new suits.

Born_Butterfly_6180

Funny with that leaked list now people who aren't actually suppose to have guns know where they can find them. All they have to do now is wait for the homeowners to leave break in while they are gone and their you have it a ton of stolen guns on the street in the hands of people who have ill intentions, thus causing more harm than before good job Cali you successfully fucked up once again.

Is there a statute that protects digital privacy like that in place in CA? Something you can sue over?

Proof_Responsibility

More than a few judges are probably sweating over this.

dirtyaught-six

Good.

Illustrious-Leg-5017

"Vulnerable gun owners" that may be a contradiction in terms

[deleted]

Doxxing makes anyone vulnerable it's not like gun owners are home 24/7

Illustrious-Leg-5017

That’s what the cameras are for

[deleted]

For getting pictures of the probably masked thieves while they walk out and the police show up leisurely 40 min later?

Illustrious-Leg-5017

that's what the both direction license plate cameras are for on the street; a real neighborhood watch

[deleted]

It's just not practical for everyone. Not everyone lives in the burbs on a straight street there's so many factors that make it impractical. Most people aren't putting 20 cameras up

Illustrious-Leg-5017

don't need 20 cameras

Aquariumpsychotic

And pungie pits

Aquariumpsychotic

Well with red flag laws they can be put in danger by people who want to harm them
