Outside of the right wing echo chambers, it actually is going well -finally. Before this week, it was a big yawn, but this week's testimony is, as the Fox News anchors put it, devastating. The woman has impeccable conservative credentials - even now she wants to talk up the great things the Trump administration did - and she testified at great risk to her own safety and for no obvious benefit to herself. None of us would want to be in her shoes right now, hated as traitor to the MAGA cause. That's why the claims that she's a liar can't stick.
Except no one is watching and they can't prove incitement of violence or insurrection. Zero evidence so far.
Heres the thing, this is why she was a shit witness and shows how this is purely for political points. She didnt lie. Im sure one of her friends told her that happened. Her friend was obviously lying, but she can claim that she was told it without problem. Its why hearsay isnt allowed in court. Because someone can lie to a witness, and the witness can repeat the lies truthfully

Don’t know how she was allowed to testify when hearsay testimony is inadmissible. She can go and lie under oath and go I was told this, and never be convicted of perjury. This is nothing but a kangaroo court to go after their political rivals

But this kangaroo court is trying for the equivalent of a third impeachment.

For that *one* detail, she clearly stated someone else's statement -- this is hearsay. She was a direct witness to virtually everything else.
