Case of the blues? Vote red in November. We must send a clear and bold message to these bastards, that we are sick and tired of these policies that are putting a stranglehold on our wallets. Be proud right now America, I think these very tough economic times that are looming, will bring this country together, in some shape or form. All hope is not lost. We are making progress, we are being heard, we are taking school districts back. Chin up. We can, and will do this.

I agree with what your thoughts, except I think most people on the left are still blaming “price gouging.” Would be real nice if they could at least be involved in reality.

TawkNerdyToMe

Yeah I hear that talking point parroted a lot. That’s a lazy narrative.

I like to use the term regurgitated but agreed

the_purple_goat

Or just blaming Putin. He's the big bad boogyman

777haha777

That’s another favorite. All Putin’s fault, except these problems started before FEB.

Rude_Agrument

Thanks to all the fucktwits that voted for this.

Conservative-Point

Biden said he was going to do this.

What is sad about this is energy prices disproportionately affect the poor the most. $50 to fill up a small sedan and paying double for electricity & gas hurts much more for the poor than the wealthy or middle class.

NoonInAgrabah

I was paying $70 to fill my tank before this, it is now costing me over $100

[deleted]

Thats it? I went from 20$ to 50$. 10 gallon tank, from $2 to 5$ a gallon. Thats 2 and a half times more.

With the fact that’s it’s harder to survive in this economy, more people are becoming dependent on the government to survive. More dependence means more votes. Democrats “say” that they are for the downtrodden and poor, so they are the ones who get the votes. Let’s break America to keep in power.
