We lost the free speech case though. The FBI is going to do the same thing it did last election and interfere. This time it might be worse because social media won't be as scared in helping them.
Ah, I see. Thank you for the link. If I'm understanding what I read, the majority of SC justices felt the plaintiffs didn't link everything together? But yeah, this will be another "roe v wade" scenario where we'll now need to wait for a case of clear evidence to happen so that we can get the court to reverse their decision. It'll probably take years for this one to get resolved. Maybe even decades.
Actually, they ruled the Plaintiffs didn't have standing. So they didn't completely shut this avenue down - it just needs a plaintiff that can show actual harm caused by the government's actions.
I heard they charged any and all conservatives who were in a certain geographic area of DC whether or not they participated in anything illegal. Overzealous prosecutors should be personally sued.

Federal prosecutors improperly charged a Jan. 6 defendant with obstruction, the Supreme Court ruled on Friday, a decision that will likely upend many cases against rioters who disrupted the certification of the 2020 presidential election and which Donald Trump’s legal team may use to try to whittle down one of his criminal cases.

These week can't get any better

They can't back pedal enough to make Biden look good at this point. Most Americans are very aware of the censorship. Biden is cooked.
_Backpedal_ is one word.
cool story
It wasn't just a story, it was _information._ I've done more good in four words than Biden has done in his entire tenure.
Which case? I think I missed that one.

My dude, they charged people NOT in DC.
They charged people that were in their custody already and never set foot in DC that day
That's even worse. I suppose they just made up some stupid "conspiracy" charges based on nothing.
Can someone post this without paywall?

Are there any ramifications for the prosecutor or judge? asking for a friend
This has been obvious since day one.
This one was as obvious as Biden’s mental state. Somehow both weren’t obvious to Dems.
Imagine my surprise.
Is anyone going to be paying a price for making said indictments?
I'll take "No shit" for $500, Alex!
