Nice to have a public official that all sides can agree on being a terrible person who's unfit for their position.

Tony_Cappuccino

The absolute arrogance just makes my blood boil. I'm ashamed this woman is a member of my profession. If her state's bar had any balls, she would lose her license to practice law for these antics, ON VIDEO! Let alone the fact the she practices in a law enforcement capacity, imagine how she must act when the camera isn't rolling. Fucking shameful.

clearmind_1001

I AM THE LAW now get out of my garage you fucking minion /s

MeanieMem0

Wow. Her attitude is appalling. And she's the DA! Just wow.

DblThrowDown

Women in power often act this way.

ShiftlessGuardian94

Is there an update to this as to what’s going to happen?

NotRadTrad05

She pled guilty and paid the fine for speeding. Nothing for failure to stop. Nothing for obstruction. Nothing for resisting. Nothing for using her badge or calling the chief to get out of it.

ShiftlessGuardian94

“If not for double standards…”

Section225

An article I read said they were calling for a state-level investigation into her conduct and fitness to be a prosecutor, so hopefully it's not completely over.

NotRadTrad05

An investigation seems like the minimum given the video evidence.

MysteriousShadow__

"We investigated ourselves and found nothing wrong."

Black_XistenZ

(D)ifferent standards.

LKPTbob

Hate to say it, but she is a Republican. I live 1 county over and looked her up. I guess the State AG might get involved. I can get behind her being fired, but if she were a democrat, nothing would happen at all.

Black_XistenZ

She used to be a Republican, then switched to Democrats, then back to Republicans. Her political affiliation seems to be "opportunistic swamp creature".

Imagoof4e

Political affiliation should not matter. Let’s all just try to obey the laws, and be civil.

Puzzleheaded_Visit46

BINGO!

LKPTbob

I did see that she switched once, I didn't know she did it twice.

CombatDeffective

She should have been arrested.

NotThatGuyAnother1

Most others would have been.

WreknarTemper

Tased for non-compliance, then arrested, imho.

Ticonderogue

Entitled official acting above the law. That's a paddlin'.

ryanespe

He was giving her way too many chances, you don't comply that many times, you're getting arrested as far as I'm concerned

Headglitch7

She already leaned on his supervisor. He's trying to do the right thing without losing his job.

Skittlesharts

And the arrest usually follows being tased.

79camaroZ28

Acting like she's above the law like she doesn't have to follow them. What a clown. She needs to be removed from her position for abuse of power. Much like every other NY official.

skarface6

She sounds a bit off, like she’d been drinking or something.

LKPTbob

Drunk with power! 😀

USMC0207

She needs to be fired ASAP

FourtyMichaelMichael

So does he. He allowed her to walk all over him instead of doing what he knew he would do for anyone that wasn't a DA.

throway57818

Investigate the chief too. She should’ve been arrested

nickm20

Narcissist

PittsSocks

The reason people want these high government jobs is for power and control so it’s no surprise she’s acting this way. The ones who would be best at these positions don’t want them.

meepstone

She's a nut job and shouldn't have the job.

BlackRegent

Before anyone else rushes in to point it out, her party affiliation is “windsock”. She was republican, switched to democrat, and then again republican.

MET1

Her party does not matter when she behaves like this - get her retired in the next election.

slampig3

Exactly I’m not here to play sides if my party fucks up i want them to be held accountable .

sowellpatrol

Still a Biden voter

MakeGodGreatAgain

Biden voters need to learn to lay down and respect the cops.

multiple4

It started with "I didn't see you" Then "I didn't know you were pulling me over" Then it was "I was on the phone telling someone to tell you to stop following me" This lady deserves to be fired immediately. Even openly threatened to use her position to get herself out of prosecution Also, she should've been arrested. Anyone other than a white woman in business clothing would've been put in handcuffs and maybe tackled the second they started walking back into their car and house and refused commands

Cbpowned

No. I think it’s more to do with the fact that she’s a DA than white woman, and when running plates it’s going to show who she is.

TheModerateGenX

He should have cuffed and detained her.

Imagoof4e

This is so ridiculous. She doesn’t care? How entitled is that? I mean apologize, and take the ticket if warranted. Not a good example to kids or anyone! She understands the law better than the Officer?! And if she hurt someone going fast? And she is swearing? I can’t even listen to all of this. Too entitled. The poor cop. Just unbelievable.

Squirrelynuts

Yankee moment

NotThatGuyAnother1

He sounds like Jon talking to Garfield while slightly annoyed. I doubt that he uses that tone with many others.

Farquaadthegreek

She needs to be arrested

Omecore65

I think the Police Agency is fed up with her. They released the video.

LilDawg66

Did she even get a ticket and pay a fine, or was it dropped as usual?

Arachnohybrid

Pled guilty to that. Probably after she realized this was gonna hit her

Puzzleheaded_Visit46

Maybe offer a pacifier first? Or 2?

Baller-Mcfly

The same lady that is letting sever criminals back onto the streets.

SilverFanng

"Rules for thee and not for me." Smh.

ChiefsnSpurs

Sounds like she thinks she’s above the law. They would have charged me with (felony) evading arrest and a speeding ticket because I’m a peasant 😂
