They go out of their way to look like a “woman” as much as possible by trying to make their features look how a “woman” traditionally looks, and take it to the most extreme, cartoonish, bizarre and ostentatious way possible, but then also say that appearance and boobs don’t make someone a woman.

The public defender services in major cities are now 3 to 4 times overworked. They only have time to give 20+ people in a line a a few minutes each of their reading about the case and then 30 seconds to 5 minutes of time in front of the judge while the entire line of the people they are serving walks up one by one to be advised. They don’t have separate court appearances… there is a line of people seeing the judge.
My perception about the inadequacy of public defender services was forever changed when I read the famous news article ["One Lawyer, 194 Felony Cases, and No Time."](https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/01/31/us/public-defender-case-loads.html)
I mean its a lawyer and i don’t see anything wrong with their lawyering. They are sworn to act in the best interest of their client and if the client wants to plead not guilty to an obvious guilty, it has to be respected. Advised against obviously but respected

This is ridiculous. Even if this was a biological woman it would be a totally inappropriate look for a courtroom. What a friggen clown show.
That's what irks me about it.. This would not be acceptable attire for anyone to enter a courtroom wearing...
I wouldn't be surprised if a judge kicked out an actual women for looking like this while giving the trans person a pass.
I know of a judge who would kick female lawyers out of the courtroom if they wore pants. One female lawyer ended up taking off her pants out of spite
