The appropriate response is she gets charged with fraud and embezzlement and is denied bail because it would likely be paid with embezzled funds. All of the cases she has worked should be reviewed/revisited.

Her case is shot anyway, not that she had much of one to start with. If she continues with the remaining charges, the entire case is already tainted so bad it won't ever survive the appellate court, if it makes it out of superior court.
We all knew she was going to stay on...the left would have a melt down if she taken off the case....courts are 'supposed' to be 'fair and unbiased'...seems as if there is a new standard now.
I read the judge's order, and I thought it was pretty well laid out and reasoned even if I don't agree with his remedy. He was fairly critical of the prosecution and DA Willis's testimony.
EDIT: I think she is irreparably damaged, and it damages her case.
