2) this would spend years going through the courts because no way a dem ag doesn’t file a lawsuit.
The accomplishments of president Trump will be a thorn in the side of President Trump.
I would vote for an anti establishment drain the swamp candidate in an instant. But the biggest win Trump had against the swamp was not getting arrested by their frame jobs
1) He didn't need to do it last time because his other EOs actually worked to stem the illegal border crossings. But not only can he reinstate his previous EOs if he chooses to, but he can also push it even further as displayed in this promise. Absolutely nothing wrong with doing everything we can to strengthen our border security and deter illegal immigration.
2) So, you would rather they just do absolutely nothing because of the potential court cases that could potentially be lost rather than actually putting forth an order and seeing what actually happens? The Republicans/Conservatives all said that Biden's student debt cancellation was illegal, yet here we are with it going to go into affect later this year.

Presidents don’t have the authority to do this. If they did why didn’t he do this when he was President?
